Questa bellissima casa è stata costruita nel 2008 ed è splendidamente decorata con viste incredibili sull'acqua.
Ci sono 2 master suite con letti king (1 al 1 ° piano, 1 al 2 °); una camera con due letti singoli, uno con una regina e un soppalco / studio al piano superiore con un divano-letto estraibile matrimoniale e un soppalco adiacente con un letto Aero matrimoniale.
La cucina è grande e perfetta per sistemare i pasti gourmet guardando verso l'acqua. Lo spazio abitativo principale scorre dalla cucina, alla sala da pranzo, alla grande sala e all'ingresso.
Il soggiorno ha il soffitto a due piani e si affaccia sulla piscina e sull'acqua.
La grande piscina nel cortile ha un bordo di fuga e si affaccia su Elizabeth Harbour e Crab Cay.
Per la nautica, lo snorkeling e la pesca consiglio vivamente il mio capitano della barca

House was perfect for our group. Location at February point cannot be better! Great pool. Great dock for boat excursions. Would recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was in really good condition. The location is perfect for boat lovers, and the pool was nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Only thing that was wrong was main air conditioning unit was broken when we arrived and was not fixed for 6 days. Communication was poor with this situation and if I was owner I would have offered discount for inconvenience. If everything is working in the house it will be great!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Starfish Villa. Everything was as described and so much more! We arrived after dark to Exuma airport and it was our first time to the island, that definitely made getting our rental car picked up and getting to February Point a bit challenging! However, as soon as we pulled up to gate of February point, we felt very well cared for. Our entire trip to the island was magical and Starfish Villa was a great home base. Thanks so much! We hope to return :)

My wife and I, our adult son/girlfriend and adult daughter/boyfriend changed travel plans when we found this home on Exuma. We have been on 4 previous trips to Bahamas, but never to Exuma. The home was amazing, we could not have asked for better accommodations. Great location only a few minutes from Georgetown. Amazing view & outdoor space, higher end property, well stocked. Daphne/Rodney the home mgrs are special and very helpful. We spent most of the time on the water in a boat and trust us when we tell you that Antonio Johnson will show you a great time in one of the most beautiful places on earth. He picks you up at your private dock and delivers you back at the end of the day. We spent 3 full days together and each was better than the day before. So much to do in the area and from a home base like this one, you are off to a great start to an amazing vacation. Definitely recommend - we will very likely return and stay at this exact home.

We were a family with 3 adult children. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy time together but also nice separate private bedrooms. It is right on the water with plenty of water toys. There is no sandy beach but we still enjoyed snorkeling. Kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked as well as walked to the Rusty anchor.

Beautifully maintained property with lush gardens and unbeatable views. The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families (2 master bedrooms) with 8-10 people. A new dock is a perfect place to keep a boat to explore the harbor and surrounding islands. 5 minute ride into town by boat or car makes shopping and dinning convenient. Hope to be back next year.

Everything was easy super comfortable, accommodating, clean well stocked. This house is beautiful one of my favorites as a return exuma guest can’t wait to stay again.

The house was just what we were looking for! Lots of space. Big kitchen with everything we needed to cook many evenings! Loved having a pool this time in the Exumas. Plenty of SUP’s/kayaks (all in great condition) to use during your stay. Owner and property manager responsive to our inquiries. We love February Point. Will definitely try and stay here again next summer!

Cathy and her home are outstanding! This house has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the views are stunning, and the furnishings of the home are coastal, relaxed and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to come home after a long day of exploring the most beautiful beaches to enjoy the private pool - it's a game changer! We loved watching the sun rise in the morning with coffee on the patio and the sun set in the evening with a glass of wine on the dock. Cathy is a gracious, communicative host and we are already planning a return to Starfish Villa in the next few months!

Starfish Villa was an absolute home run!
We have visited Exuma many times. This rental in Georgetown was by far our favorite. February Point is an excellent location, especially for families. Evvie, our house manager was very responsive, the cleaning crew was awesome and adorable, and the house is spectacular! Few minor issues, but Evvie was on it! Cannot recommend this place enough! It has absolutely everything! Thank you, Cathy, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

This home is just that - a "home away from home!' The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool looked awesome but we stayed too busy with excursions trying to cram it all in so we just enjoyed looking at it as the sun was rising and as the moon was coming up over the water (ahhhhh). I hope to come back and use it next visit. The owner's team (Kenos nd Evvie) took care of all our needs (including a delicious cake for the birthday boy). They never felt like your requests were an inconvenience. Very gracious and helpful! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so much nicer than the pictures. Evvie was so accommodating and everyone was so polite. This is one of the best places for a family. This was our second trip to the exumas, and this stay was our favorite! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The property was not maintained. No internet, no TV, there was only one door we could open to go out. Jacuzzi motor went off by itself at 2:30 A.M in the upstairs bedroom., clothes dryer worked, but made such a bad grinding sound, housekeeping came in at 11:00 on our last day and told us we were to leave by 10:00, although contract said Check out at noon.

Beautiful place in great location
Fantastic house. Pictures do not do justice. Very well appointed and pool is fantastic. Beach club in February Point, which you have access to, has great food. Have shopping done for you ahead of time to arrive having a full fridge. Prime Provisions has the best meats. If you need a taxi, call Patrick Dorset 242-464-1411. He is a wonderful guy with great island knowledge

Paradise Found
We had a great stay here for a wedding on the island. The house was perfectly set up for families or several couples (we all left our kids home for a change). The finishes were all of the highest quality and very well thought out. The pool and the dock were great amenities and added to our enjoyment of the property. Highly recommend getting a boat from Minns for your stay. The house manager, Evvie, could not have been more helpful and the owner was responsive to all our questions/requests prior to arrival. This all served to make it very simple and stressless (including a prompt return of the deposit). This is the house to rent in February Point!

Beautiful Home in a great location
We recently visited Starfish with our kids and extended family. We could not have had a better experience. Starfish is very well appointed and makes for a perfect setting for enjoying time with the family both indoors and out. The pool is a great bonus for the house. We will certainly return to this home(hopefully sooner rather than later).
