Fascino colorato! arte tropicale Fun dà il tono in questa due camere da letto, due bagni condominio. Pareti di aloe e piastrelle beige vi accolgono nella via d'ingresso e conducono alla prima camera da letto. È dotato di due corrispondenti letti matrimoniali con testate in legno e vimini colorati, un comodino condiviso e una cassettiera con TV e videoregistratore. Il bagno adiacente ha una sola vanità lavandino e doccia / vasca. La camera da letto spaziosa ha un letto matrimoniale con testata marrone vimini, comodino e due cassettiere per abbondanza di immagazzinaggio. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale. Il bagno principale dispone di un esteso vanità lavello con una panchina per sedersi e una combinazione doccia / vasca. La cucina ha ripiani in granito, armadi in legno e un frigorifero in acciaio inox, gamma, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Portare l'intero gruppo insieme per un pasto nella sala da pranzo con il tavolo di vimini macchiato e quattro sedie con cuscini a quadri multicolore. Due sedie aggiuntive si trovano nella zona giorno e tre sgabelli da bar di corrispondenza sono in cucina. La zona giorno ha anche un divano verde acqua e una poltrona girevole a dondolo con cuscini in tessuto multicolore, e una sedia di vimini con cuscini blu. Qui tutti possono godersi la TV a schermo piatto con DVD e stereo con lettore CD.

Everything was great. The veiw of the beach was perfect and access was spot on.

During my stay it was noted by myself and my friend that the condo was very dusty. The floors didn't look well swept and the mirrors were smudgy. Also, with the expection of most of the kitchen area (the pantry - expection) the condo needed major updating. There were several things that were old and worn out (i.e. couch in den, lampshade in the master bedroom, and toliet tissue holder in other bathroom - had rust all over it). The fan in the master bedroom bathroom was covered in dust. I don't blame the owner for the cleaning issues because I am sure that he pays for this to be done. Just wanted to make these observations know so that he can make sure that future guests will be able to see that the condo is clean.

The location was perfect! The property met our needs, overall. The onsite washer/dryer was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities but could use some new non-stick pans and a scrub brush. The guest bathroom shower fixtures need repair and the tub drains slowly. We were able to check in earlg which waa appreciated!

It a nice place, on the beach with a pool for our kids which is what we were after. It's dated and could use an upgrade. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. On the surface everything was clean, but it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean in over ten years. Lots of dust in corners, closets and behind tv's. For a family with allergies, it wasn't ideal.

Room needs updated
Although the room was clean the room very much needs to be updated and several pieces of furniture were worn out. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig, which is what they did when they tried to paint all the cabinets. Both shower faucets dripped all night. We have stayed in Phoenix VI and Phoenix VII on 3 different occasions and this is by far the worst room we have stayed in. We will be back, just not to this room.

Perfect beachfront location
Great location and clean condo. Easy access to beach and pool. Condo itself is very well organized and nearly soundproof to anything going on outside.

Nice stay. Except for the coffee left in the coffee maker from previous renters. It had been in there so long it had mold growing in it. The sofa sleeper looks to be 30 years old and feels that way too. The window blinds are falling apart and are missing several slats. The lamp shades are covered in dust from lack of cleaning for what looks like years. I called the host to inquire about tv cable and never got a reply. Have yet to hear from anyone. Definitely not worth the money. But the A/C worked

Friendly staff, ice machine on premises, chair rentals all a plus. Publix and Walmart market just down the road. The pizza place by Publix was fantastic, Rotolos was the name I believe. We’d stay here again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect amd convenient for everything we needed. Highly recommend the condo we rented on Vrbo and Phoenix VII!

Fantastic!
We arrived early on the day we were to check-in, and Kenny was very good about responding to me and letting me know when our room was cleaned and available for us. The condo was very clean and neat, beautiful view of ocean and the summer night life down by the pool area. We really enjoyed our week as a family and would highly recommend this condo to everyone I know!

The condo was in a great location! We really enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of Perdido Pass each morning/evening. The pool was big and perfect for our kids....and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Mr. Kenny even had sand toys for us to borrow instead of having to go buy them. We hope to be back soon!
