The location was perfect - a 5-minute walk from the RER station in Val d'Europe, and close to numerous restaurants and a Carrefour shop; also around 3km from Disneyland Park.
The apartment was lovely - very tastefully decorated, with a glazed balcony, spacious bathroom and usable kitchen. As well as this, the bedroom and living room had automated external black-out shutters, which we found very useful during nighttime.
The host was excellent - very easy communication and key exchange.
This is based on personal preferences, so it would not apply to everyone, but we found the pillows to be too high. Also, the sofa bed's mattress appeared somewhat lumpy, which my daughter didn' like - perhaps a slim bed topper could be added (or kept in the wardrobe).
