We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was well stocked/equipped which was so nice! Plenty of bedrooms, fun basement for the kids/teens to play in. We went in Nov, so pool was closed but hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived. Beautiful kitchen equipped with everything! Property backs up to a main road, so heard some road noise, but a quick and easy walk to the beach. We will be back!

We loved the house it was great we would use again. Had plenty of house hold items to use and loved the space . But it needs some TLC .with a few things . I wish the owner would actually be the one addressing the issues and actually do a walk through as if it was their home .Needs to be cleaned better in certain areas the air vents all over especially in living area very dirty all I could think was we were breathing that in. The plastic runner on stairs is a hazard its torn and hanging in spot the little ones trip on it .Outside grill area was not cleaned at all hasn't been in a while it was pretty dirty but we cleaned it. Some of games in game room not working . The railings around deck not very stable worried anyone being up there . Insect problem at times in house ! We did have a great time and did enjoy the house and pool and hot tub overall.

Our vacation was AWESOME! The house had plenty of room, the pool was fantastic and the fact that there were bikes readily available at the house for our teens to use was great! The beach chairs provided were also very convenient. It was that much less we had to pack or rent while there. We had a few issues, but the property owner was VERY responsive and took care of anything we needed. The only negative was when the cleaning company had to come back to check something in two of the bathrooms and the time they chose to come with no advance warning, there were individuals in both bathrooms showering, the individual from the cleaning company certainly was not very pleasant, acted like we were inconveniencing her. But again, the owner was very responsive and took care of the few concerns we had. We would definitely rent this house again!! Lori Kefover

Thank you for letting us stay at your well supplied house. We had an enjoyable time. Suzanne was wonderful to answer our questions and always responded right away. The kitchen was well supplied. The only things that was not a plus we had wait outside in the hot sun an hour till the ladies were done cleaning . Over all it’s a great place to stay.

The space and layout of the house was fabulous, but it really needs a good cleaning and some updates/repairs both inside and out. The process with booking and communication with owner was great.

My entire family loved staying here. Everyone had a great time. The weather turned out great. And we could swim everyday. The house was very nice and accommodated us perfectly.

I just want to thank Terry and Suzanne for their beautiful home we stayed in. We had brought all our children and Grandchildren, our first Family vacation together. We really loved the house! When we got there, we were in awe!!! The house is just beautiful! Terry and Suzanne made it so easy for us. The kitchen was stocked with spices, pots and pans, even a crockpot! Which we actually used because we cooked a lot during our stay . Being in this house made it feel like home! Hoping to come back again with the family. Thank you so much! The LaBanc Family

We loved staying here. I have 3 children, 1-6 years old. We loved the location, the house, the pool, hot tub, and yard. One downside is proximity to the golf range, a ball almost hit my head , there was occasional hits to the house. Since I have a 1 year old who is down on the floor all day playing, I found a few dust bunnies, but otherwise the home was very clean! We will return happily! We forgot items and Mrs Back was gracious to hand deliver forgotten items! Top knotch.

Overall, the house is great for a large group (with 5 kids that ranged from 2 - 9) with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. The Hot tub was great, clean and well kept. The one suggestion I would make is to have a laminated page of instructions (as reminder for cleaning, trash, check out info) all in one place to include TV instructions. Owners very responsive to questions. Just found it hard to get into VRBO through phone to check emails for responses. I could have done a better job of keeping phone number and email separate so as not to have to go into site from phone. No one brought laptops or Ipads! Thanks for a great stay! Christy and family

Overall, we had a great stay at this house. We were able to get all 12 of us together for the first time in years and stay on this great property. The pool and hot tub were clean and ran well. Even in October the pool was warm enough for us to get out and swim on three different days of our stay. The only issues that we saw were some minor misses by the cleaning crew. After speaking with the owners, they handled and resolved the issues quickly and made it 100% right by us. The owners were great all the way from reservation to check-out and have a great house. No doubt in my mind that they will take care of anybody who is there and there won’t be issues. We would definitely stay on this property again, and any other property these guys own.
