Oceanfront Beach House - Private Beach!
La nostra casa spettacolare spiaggia è 'sulla sabbia,' offrendo alla propria spiaggia privata, fornendo una vista acque bianche e suoni dell'oceano rilassanti (si sente il surf in ogni stanza). Ha un arredamento beachy luminoso e una posizione tranquilla - situato a metà strada tra il villaggio di Carlsbad e il Molo a Oceanside (camminiamo sulla sabbia per entrambi).
Questa casa completamente rinnovato è completamente arredata (ci rilassiamo spesso qui) e offre una vista sull'oceano spazzare da La Jolla a Catalina. È possibile guardare i delfini giocare o le balene becco dal soggiorno, ponte, o sulla spiaggia.
Di notte, visitare uno dei ristoranti della zona o semplicemente cenare sulla spiaggia mentre si guarda il bel tramonto sul Pacifico. Durante la giornata, rilassarsi sulla spiaggia o gustare le numerose attività che sono unici per questa destinazione favoloso.

GRUPPO B (posti letto 1-6): Dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni e ha un letto California king size nella camera da letto matrimoniale, una full size sul fondo e due sulla parte superiore (letto a castello) nella camera degli ospiti, e un letto matrimoniale divano letto nel soggiorno.
GRUPPO C (da 1 a 4 posti letto): Dispone di 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno e ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, un letto a due letti in un 'galleyway,' e un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno.

This place was PERFECT.! We rented out all 3 units and it was great to have space away from the family as well as enough room for all of us if we wanted to hangout on one level. We were able to walk the beach at low tide and watch the waves crash into the stairs and rocks during high tide. We walked to the pier one night and it did take a little longer than we thought (about 25 minutes), but I’m sure it would be faster without kids. Mornings were a bit chilly but it warmed up enough to get in the water every day we were there. The check in / out process was a breeze, the house was beautiful and we will definitely be back.!

Planning a trip by yourself or with the family this is a great getaway spot. The house has 3 separate rentals or you can do what we did and rent all three. We had 4 families, total of 14 people. My husband and myself and our three children with their families. Each family had plenty of space but yet gathered for family meals and beach play. Plenty of beach toys provided by the host.We were right on the ocean with a sandyard then the reforcement boulder wall with a stairway down to the seashore during low tide you can walk on the beach in the lower area. It was very private. We watched surfers, seals or sealions and a sea otter. Sunsets were fantastic! Best trip yet with family! Everyone agreed from grand children to adults.

Had a great time with kids and grandkids. The host was made the process easy. Always responded within minutes.. we hope to do it again next year.

Our family had a great time. The house with the three separate units worked out well. Each family had their own space but could also be together whenever we wanted. The kids (and their parents) loved the “beach” backyard and then the beach which didn’t require packing a lot of stuff and a long walk. The sunsets were beautiful from the backyard and the sound of the ocean was delightful.
