The Summer House sull'isola di Tybee è situato in un tranquillo quartiere accogliente, a pochi passi da quasi tutto sull'isola. La casa è una casa di circa 1925 che è stato restaurato con cura per stare al passo con i tempi, ma conserva il fascino 'The Summer House'. Il custode abita nella proprietà in un piccolo appartamento. Ci sono tre portici, un dondolo, una doccia esterna, un piccolo cortile e giardini di godere.
Biciclette e pedoni camminare per strada, il mercato è poche porte di distanza, la spiaggia che si trova a 1 1/2 isolati di distanza è la più favorita dell'isola. Ci sono dei taxi per portarti quasi ovunque sull'isola.
La casa è luminosa e ariosa. Dispone di 3 camere. No. 1 ha un letto matrimoniale. N ° 2 ha due letti a castello tutti di dimensioni doppie e 4 posti letto, la camera da letto 3 si trova da una scala a chiocciola con il suo bagno privato e zona salotto.
C'è un bagno che ha una vasca / doccia, l'altro ha solo la doccia. La cucina è attrezzata con tutti i comfort della propria casa, c'è anche un cassetto pieno di spezie per il vostro uso.

Adorable cottage in the heart of Tybee, conveniently located to everything on the island. Ms. Caren is a wonderful hostess who truly makes you feel at home. The cottage has everything you need, just pack your bathing suit and towel!

We had such a great experience staying here for our first visit to Tybee Island! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for beach access and exploring the island. Our host was kind and welcoming and we truly appreciated her hospitality and how thoughtfully the space was set up for guests.Traveling with three kids, we were especially thankful for the comfortable accommodations and peaceful environment. Even though the host lives on the lower level, we never felt like we were intruding, and we hope we weren’t too loud!This stay made our trip feel extra special, and we’d absolutely love to return. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the island—thank you for such a memorable and relaxing getaway!

Location is amazing. Close to ocean. Bonus having grocery store close. Fair price for what you get. Host was very sweet and relaxed. This is definitely a quaint place as advertised. Bathroom was very small. Kitchen had updated appliances. Everything else was suitable. We enjoyed our stay!

While I love the location of the house, many things about it were disappointing. When we arrived the house was set at 78 degrees at which time we quickly discovered that the ceiling fan in the bunk room didn't work and the air conditioner water drain dripped (alot) right at the front door. Making it dangerous and messy as we tracked water in the house with each trip. The house has ONE toilet and one indoor shower. The listing says 1 1/2 baths which traditionally means 2 total toilets and one shower. The outdoor shower felt gross due to the weeds growing up through the decking and questionable drainage (i.e. mosquito heaven) but I guess one cant expect much from an outdoor shower. The grills were unusable due to extensive rusting making them unsafe to cook on. The parking situation was also not clear with different allowances for the numbers of cars in different documents which meant paying for parking for the entire trip which was not anticipated. One did not feel welcomed by the mismatched towels. There were two true bath towels and four thin beach towels AND THAT WAS ALL. When at the beach, many showers are needed and taken....more towels are required. Furthermore there were maybe 5 wash cloths that were again, mismatched and bleach stained...again lots more wash cloths are needed with six guests taking lots of showers. The one bathroom doesnt have a locking door. The kitchen was well supplied.
