Definitely not a 3 star hotel with 5 star service as their slogan says. Had it been listed as a 2 or 1 star most of the below I could have lived with. The listing does not imply you do not actually have a window, in fact one of the images clearly shows natural light. The lack of a window and/or air con means the room gets extremely hot. While it is equipped with a fan, it is so weak that it hardly makes any difference. The check-in process was not great. The hotel contacts you months before your stay asking for a bank transfer of funds for the room, which already puts your back up. Then the staff asked to keep your passports for the entire stay, once questioned about it (I was curious as I have never had this happen in Vietnam) they took photos of the passports on their phones and handed them back without explanation. The location is far from any attractions in the town so be careful of that. The room although quite comfortable and has most amenities (except from a working security box, the one in our room had no power), at early hours of the morning alarms repeatedly went off and the loud noises of slamming doors, made for an extremely poor sleep. The floors in the room was also extremely dirty, from the time of getting out of the shower, to walking to put socks on, the soles of our feet were covered in dirt. Lastly, the breakfast... do not bother paying extra as we did, it has hardly any choice and is not worth the money at all, in fact it is by far the worst during our stay in Vietnam. As a final courtesy the floors in the hallways are all high gloss, when the cleaners mop them they are left wet, whilst carrying all my heavy luggage I slipped on the floor hurting my knee.

Amazing stay they where very helpful we also did our early check in around 10 and plus we hired scooter from them to go around the city the view from the hotel is amazing and the bonus part was they also offered us a free dinner that was an amazing hot pot buffet we loved it . I highly recommend this hotel

i ask the helper who carry my luggage to the room if breakfast included, but he said no. Then every morning we have to go out for breakfast plus coffee and spend more money for 4 peoples. un-professional guy. he should check first the give us right information, not just thinking in second.

The view was outstanding. That's the main draw of this place, it feels very european and the balcony with the little table and chairs was super cute with amazing view.

The walls were paper thin and there was Karaoke happening outside + kids running down the halls. Super loud. The room was so small that we barely had a place to put our luggage. And the breakfast was one of the worst that we had on our entire 2 week trip through Vietnam at the hotels.

Property seems new, near the hot spot like Laguda vegetables buffet, amazing coffee but it is not very closed to center.

The payment is not very convinient because they asked for bank transfer even though on Booking, it does not really mention that. Later, at the property, I couln't use my credit card, need transfer again.

First I got the room with a bad view but one taller guy from hotel staff was very nice to change the room for us the next day. I enjoyed the new room very much.

Street view rooms face very ugly building, which is not hotels fault but unfortunately affects the stay
