Perfect house for 10 women to get together. Enough seating around the table for happy hour, dinner and great conversation to catch up. Also, a perfect location.

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the house in early October, there were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with multiple beds and the house was well supplied with everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and pleasant to deal with.

We had a great time staying at the property. Plenty of room for all our guests. In walking distant to short sands beach. Nubble House just a short drive. Mike and Pam were excellent hosts. Always responded in a timely manner.

The home was large and accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location was within walking distance to Short sands and shops. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It felt like home away from home. The property was very clean and spacious. We had a great time enjoying the fire pit in the back yard. We will definitely return! We had a wonderful time!

This is the best home away from home we have ever found. It is immaculate, smells fresh and clean the moment you walk in. The beds are very comfortable, couches are buttery soft leather, every detail well executed. It lacks nothing. It takes less than 5 mins to walk to downtown and Short Sands beach. Nature everywhere! Saw deer walking by the house at dawn. Absolutely perfect southern Maine Vaca spot. Hope to return.

This is the fourth or fifth Summer that we have stayed in Mike and Pam's house--and we can't say enough good things about it (and them!) They have thought of everything---from the bikes and games to the beach chairs and towels, pack and play--they make packing a lot easier on us for our family trip! The house is also amazing inside...it has a great set up, is always spotless, and is within walking distance of so many attractions (beach, zoo, restaurants, coffee, etc.) The owners are also extremely nice and very accommodating! There is a reason we keep coming back to the same place every Summer! Highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying at this property, and our experience was wonderful again! The house is very clean and well appointed with many amenities. Our family especially enjoyed the ping pong table, the bikes, and sitting on the front porch! The short walk to downtown is very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property!

This private, clean and updated property was perfect for our family of young adults and their significant others and our teenage son. With walking distance to Short Sands, everyone was able to independently go out for breakfast, lunch, coffee, ice cream and souvenirs, as well as to the beach. It's just far enough away from the tourist crowds. The walk to Long Sands beach was not all that far and we enjoyed days at both! We loved the large dining table which allowed us to have evening meals and board games together. The beds were so comfy -- no wobbly bunk beds! Everyone had such a great time -- we can't wait to come back next year!

This is our 2nd year renting this place. We enjoyed it last year that we convinced our friend and her family to rent the unit next to us. It had plenty of room for both our big families and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. We would come back again.

Our family of eleven stayed this week at 52 Main Street at York Beach . The property was 1/4 mile walk from Short Sands Beach . Town and stores and restaurants were within walking distance . Beach was very busy . To get a parking space you need to get there early . No free parking available. Long Sands Beach much of the same . The property was very spacious for our family . Comfortable, clean, and spacious property (especially the bedrooms). The online pictures are accurate and the house had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to Short Sands Breach, restaurants, shops, etc.

Three generations of our family had a wonderful stay at York Beach.
The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had every we needed to feed our large group. The beds were comfortable and our 12 family members had plenty of room to relax, watch tv and play games. The ping pong table and fire pit were family favorites.
In addition to York we visited
Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Ogunquit and Portland, all within easy driving distance.
We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Just what you hope every VRBO should be. Plenty of room, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, nice back yard, close to the beach and Goldenrod Salt Water Taffy, Ping Pong in the garage,and everything you need in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

This house has everything you would ever need or want! There was so much to do outside and inside with your kids. It was beautifully decorated as well. We highly recommend this lovely home and will rent it again for sure!

What another wonderful stay we had at 52 A-B Main Street for our annual family Christmas gathering! From the spacious living quarters with a fully-stocked, open-concept kitchen …to the functional outdoor spaces with firepit/grill or the short walk to the beach..there was something for everyone!! we enjoyed every aspect of our stay in York! The house is deceptively large with generous bedrooms and bathrooms. Super well equity kitchen and a treasure trove of activities in the garage - bikes, chairs, games - we wanted for nothing except wishing we had more time!
The hosts were super welcoming and so nice. This is a top notch rental!!

This was a great property for a friends weekend! Plenty of sleeping options, great spaces to hang out and eat inside and outside. Perfect number of bathrooms, leisurely walk to Short Sands Beach and the town but very quiet for sleeping at night. Would be glad to rent again and maybe add the second unit as well!
