What a great well maintained home. Very clean and well prepped. Temp was single digits and the home was very warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will seek this property in the future if the need arises. Only ding was the no local TV channels and we were unable to watch some of the football games on on Christmas day. Not a big deal, we played games and had a better engaging time!

Great location and privacy! We went up there for the annual Craft Spirits Festival (8 adults) and had a nice, relaxing time! Thank you.

Very accessible for a handicap person with the exception of the two main floor showers which did not accommodate the shower chair that was available on premises. We made it work but took more effort. Otherwise was a lovely quiet place to stay. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to avoid some of the hubbub.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Had plenty of room for all of us. The morning views of the mountains were beautiful! If i had questions the owner got right back to me.

It’s was as advertised, it’s a little dated, but overall very accommodating and clean! I would recommend and will stay again myself!

House was roomy and comfortable. Had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 1 child. Loved the deck and huge dining table inside. We had 16 people for lunch on the 4th and had a great time.

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. This was our second time staying here, this time due to the great square footage and number of beds. This home was perfect for seven adults and had everything we needed. It’s in a residential area, a short drive to downtown and RMNP. The host was great to work with. Would recommend!

Very nice layout with lots of space and seating for our group. Comfy beds with lots of extra blankets. Beautiful Mountain View’s and easy access to town and RMNP. Had a few dear in the yard one evening and saw a few humming birds.

We found the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family. The open floor plan, king beds, hot tub, multiple TVs with service for the kids all came in handy during this offseason period. Yet the weather cooperated for nice hikes (recommend Gem Lake Trailhead). The view North is fantastic all day long. It was too cold for us to enjoy the large covered deck, but I can picture using that on warmer stays.

Beautiful and spacious. Great view and location. Just had a hard time regulating the heat. Tried the contact person in the email and was a wrong number. There wad another number in the paperwork at the house that we did not try. Just opened the windows. Loved the hot tub.

We loved this home. Plenty of space for 6 people to spread out, the views were spectacular, the wildlife we saw daily was fun to watch.
Outside of town but easy drive into town. We hope to come back and stay at this home in 2 years.

We are a group of 6 adults who came for an extended weekend.
The home was as described and perfect for our needs. We liked that there was a bathroom for each couple and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking our dinners. The living room is spacious and good for group hangouts. Deck has beautiful views.

We had 7 adults stay here and it was perfect, giving everyone their own space! The living room and deck is also spacious, first VRBO I have stayed at that I did not feel crowded! Great location too with a view!

Family visit to Estes Park. House and location were great. Neighbors have a very protective dog but they had it fenced and tried to keep it quiet. House was clean and had great WiFi. Saw wildlife from the deck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was in a great location to town and to RMNP. Very roomy and comfortable for all. Did not want to leave! We don't like eating out all the time, so we did cook some meals here and kitchen was decently stocked.

Wonderful Estes Park Vacation Home
Our family spent 2 weeks at this wonderful vacation home located in Estes Park. The home is perfect for a family with a large great room area that includes a living room, dining area and kitchen. There are windows on all sides with views of mountains and we enjoyed the cooling breezes coming through the windows we always kept open. The house has 3 comfortable bedroom spaces and 3 bathrooms, plenty for our crew. Everyone was happy and content here, commenting on what a perfect house this was!
We would not hesitate to book this again!!!!

The one and only complaint I have is that the driveway you are supposed to park in was not accessible for our vehicles due to the ice / snow. But we didn’t let it ruin our stay. We made accommodations. Getting our luggage up and down the stairs was difficult because of this. But we managed. No other issues or complaints. We had a great stay at a great location. We would stay here again in the future. It has everything you need and a close drive to town. Great home.

Lovely Home
We loved our stay at this Estes Park home. The layout was very spacious. The house was clean, and incredibly well stocked- especially for families with young kids! Pack n plays, high chairs, baby gates, etc. We would happily stay here again, and hope we can!

This property was clean and spacious. Kitchen worked well to accommodate the group. Gas stove in the great room worked great to take the chill out. Hot tub was a nice touch. Plenty of room to spread out for our group - a professional retreat.

This was our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to coming back again! Our 4 year old absolutely loves the deer that come right to the house. It’s a great location and easy to get in and out of. The home was clean and comfortable! We even were talking about how clean the outside of the property is! We love this home!

The home was beautiful and the setting was amazing. So welcoming and lots of space to spread out in. The 60+ elk in the front yard was the best! Everything was great! It was close to everything as we spent a great deal of time in the Park! All the amenities were perfect for us! We will stay there again.
