Non perdere un tramonto sull'Oceano Pacifico dalla nostra posizione sull'oceano! Basta portare i bagagli e la spesa in questo condominio chiavi in mano e pronto per essere goduto!
Questo non è un tipico affitto in quanto è anche la seconda casa della nostra famiglia, quindi è molto pulito, confortevole e costantemente aggiornato (come un hotel a 5 stelle). Vieni a rilassarti e goditi la nostra casa sulla spiaggia. Il nostro condominio ha una posizione diretta sull'oceano e viste spettacolari dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Tutto è nuovo dalla nostra recente ristrutturazione: elettrodomestici, mobili, due TV con DVD. È situato convenientemente con parcheggio a pochi passi. Questo è un piano terra, una unità di storia, quindi è molto facile da usare senza scale. Il condominio offre la connessione internet ad alta velocità gratuita e un raro secondo patio per godersi il sole o il barbecue.
Il nostro complesso è il Solana Beach and Tennis Club, che ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia, quindi non è necessario imballare la macchina! Sulla proprietà troverete una piscina, due spa e due club house complete di ping-pong e biliardo. Siamo situati al confine tra Solana Beach e Del Mar, quindi le attività sono infinite. Ottimi ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Downtown Del Mar, la pista e il Cedros Shopping District sono a pochi minuti e Sea World, Legoland, La Jolla e il famoso campo da golf Torrey Pines (sito dell'U. S. 2008 Apri) sono a breve distanza. Il deposito Amtrak è a soli tre isolati di distanza dove puoi prendere il treno per il centro di San Diego per cena! Vieni a goderti un tramonto presto con la tua famiglia!

My family loved the location, the condo set up, the view, the washer/dryer! Great parking spot(s!). We didn't use the pool--weather was good enough for beach fun--but the condo was just great! Starter keurig cups, some condiments, well appointed kitchen. Owner met us and was very responsive to any communications.

My family of 4, had a wonderful time and had great views. Property is super clean (which Is a must for me) I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend with my family.. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. So much to do in the area, we really enjoyed it. Owner is easy to communicate with, very responsive. The only downside to this condo is that it is not completely user friendly for elderly with mobility isues. There are a few steps from parking garage, the 2nd shower has a ledge to step over and the couches are pretty low. We worked around all of these issues with my mom and would still pick this condo!

We absolutely loved our time at this Solana Beach condo! It is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in greater San Diego - and also excellent for just relaxing at this home, walking on the beach and visiting nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. It is wonderfully appointed, right down to a nice set of sharp knives (which is often not the case in rental properties!) Everything was accurately described and super clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property and its owner/hosts.

We loved our time spent at the Solana Beach and Tennis Club! The condo was so comfortable and had a relaxing and beautiful view of the ocean. Matt was so helpful and even gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He was such a great host! We will definitely be back and will be referring friends here as well!

Stayed here with my mother and daughter for Thanksgiving and it was just perfect! Matt was so kind, gracious and helpful to my mom who needed to do the check-in by herself. She had a problem with the remote batteries, and Matt was there to help her. Can't say enough great things; the view, the fully stocked kitchen, nice beachy feel of the layout and perfect location. Totally recommend this condo!

My daughter and I stayed at this gorgeous condo for a week and had the most lovely time. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need or want. It exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back again.

I needed a break from the locked down life of COVID, but the family still needed to work. Matt's condo had the perfect combination of sunsets, ocean view and WiFi to ensure everyone in the family got what they needed. Matt was a superb host and was great about responding quickly and clearly when we had questions. I would love to stay here again.

As a frequent visitor of Vrbos across the country, I just stayed at my most favorite residence by far! Staying at this beautiful condo in Solana Beach afforded my family the best vacation ever. And during these Covid-19 times, my family and I were at peace the whole vacation as this place is immaculate--professionally sanitized and every safety precaution was taken. This place was perfect---location, weather, amenities--I can't wait to return. Everything we needed for our time at the beach was at our disposal and Matt could not have been more accommodating. If you're looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge--this is the place to be. Daily walks on the endless beach, numerous tennis courts and a great swimming pool--there's something for everyone. And I will never tire of hearing the ocean waves crashing---so peaceful! I can't wait to return for our vacation next year--thanks again for the perfect stay!

The condo was amazing and the property is centrally located for walking everywhere. The condo owner was gracious, attentive and wonderful to work with. We are hoping to stay there again.

This condo is in a great location with great views. It is very comfortable and clean. We love having the windows open to hear the waves. Love sitting on the deck and watching the waves, the surfers, dolphins and birds.The location is perfect for us. An easy drive into San Diego or La Jolla or up north as well. Great restaurants and shops are close by. Matt's condo had everything we needed and he was readily available if we had questions. Looking forward to our next visit!! Thanks Matt!

Our family enjoyed our stay even more than expected. Matt was a great host. We felt at home on the very first night as this place has everything you need, the owners did not miss one detail! Solana Beach is fantastic and seemingly nice and private. My daughters loved being on the beach. I will miss my morning coffee with this incredible view! Thank you Matt, you have a wonderful place!
