Cedar Oaks Lakeside Resort - Houghton Lake - Formally Ohana / Riviera Resort.
Questa proprietà è stupenda. Questa unità si trova sul terreno di un resort adatto alle famiglie. Apri la pianta di oltre 300 piedi del bellissimo lago Houghton, il più grande lago interno del Michigan! Tu e i tuoi ospiti potete godervi un grande molo per pescare o distendervi, pozzi del fuoco, griglie del gas, tavoli da picnic e la nostra enorme sabbiera. La proprietà e le viste sono assolutamente stupende. Apprezzerai anche l'ampio patio con vista sul lago. La posizione è vicino a tutto.
Questa unità climatizzata è un cottage di livello superiore che si affaccia sull'acqua. Il cottage è di circa 800 piedi quadrati con 1 camera da letto con un letto full size, 1 bagno e 2 divani letto nella zona giorno principale. C'è una cucina completa con piatti ecc. Forniti per il vostro soggiorno e forniamo tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. C'è una grande scatola di sabbia piena di giocattoli proprio sul lago (perfetto per i bambini), più griglie a gas e pozzi del fuoco per gli ospiti. I due pozzi del fuoco sono perfetti da usare mentre ti rilassi dopo una lunga giornata in acqua. L'acqua è bassa, sabbiosa e pulita. C'è anche un molo di 200 piedi e boe per le vostre barche.
Abbiamo due pontoni, due kayak e una barca a remi disponibili per l'affitto di giorno in settimana. Ci sono anche molti campi da golf vicini, posti di putt putt e negozi di outlet (ramo ovest) nelle vicinanze.

My husband and I stayed in cabin #9 for three nights on the 4th of July weekend. The resort was clean and our room had a nice view of the beach and the water. We booked this room so that we could bring our pontoon boat but I found out that the water in front of the resort is so shallow that we never would have been able to dock it there anyway, we don't have a prop that tilts sideways. I think we should of been notified about this when we booked. We found some good restaurants in the area and there are lots of entertaining things to do. Joann the resort manager was very nice and helpful but we did have one big issue, our TV would not work. We called her and she instantly came to look at it but couldn't fix it. She said she would send someone else but they never came. We called the next day and again she said she would send someone but nobody ever showed up. Having a TV is a non-negotiable for me so I really wasn't happy about this at all! Overall this room was a good value.

Great lake front property on Houghton Lake. My family and I stayed for the 4th of July. Check-in/out process was very easy. Cabin could use a little update and love on the furniture and curtain department but nevertheless it was an overall great time.

Cottage was a good size. Some of the furnishings as well as the plumbing and electrical were in need of repair. The bedroom had over sized bureaus which pushed the bed into the corner. The deck outside lacked proper maintenance. We were just passing through, glad it was only a one night stay.
