Questa struttura fronte mare di lusso si trova in una splendida cornice fronte oceano con vista da cartolina accompagnata dai suoni melodici dell'Oceano Pacifico. Questa è probabilmente la casa più bella di Jaco! La casa progettata in Toscana è lussuosamente arredata con tutti i comfort e le comodità che ogni ospite discriminante e ben viaggiato si aspetta.
La Villa può ospitare comodamente 18 in 9 lussuose camere da letto rifinite al massimo livello di comfort ognuna con il proprio bagno. 6 camere da letto al piano inferiore e 3 camere da letto al piano superiore circondano un bellissimo cortile tropicale con una piscina d'acqua salata all'avanguardia.

Ogni camera ha la propria unità split AC e Smart TV LED da 40 "con WiFi in tutta la struttura.

La cucina è dotata di un doppio forno Wolf con 6 fuochi, grill e piastra; 2 grandi frigoriferi Sub-Zero con un fabbricatore di ghiaccio e distributore di acqua e ghiaccio; un produttore di ghiaccio sotto zero; 2 lavastoviglie tedesche Miele; una caffettiera; tostapane; microonde; televisione.
Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo al coperto può ospitare 8 persone al tavolo da pranzo rotondo da 7 ", con più spazio nella zona giorno. Questa sala multifunzionale climatizzata è perfetta per eventi speciali mentre ti godi la vista della spiaggia attraverso l'ampia finestra che si affaccia sul Pacifico. Gli ospiti possono guardare i loro programmi preferiti e film o giocare su uno schermo di proiezione a discesa da 94 ".
L'area sociale all'aperto con vista sui sedili in spiaggia 14. Il Courtyard è dotato di altoparlanti ad alte prestazioni che creano un suono di ambiente surround senza pari che si fonde con la splendida architettura. C'è una fantastica area per grigliate nel cortile che si affaccia sulla spiaggia.

Went for my bachelor party, 18 guys. Couldnt have picked a better home to stay in. There was a worker on site to help you with all your needs. Plenty of room never felt crowded. Beach in the backyard. Kitchen was awesome. Bedrooms were clean. Restaurant next door with good food. I recommend this place + Michael is great and was responsive and accommodating.

Went for my bachelor party, 18 guys. Couldnt have picked a better home to stay in. There was a worker on site to help you with all your needs. Plenty of room never felt crowded. We were very happy with this home. It was a perfect setup for our bachelor trip of 12 guys. Plenty of room and spread out. Great location and amazing views.

The property's location was excellent-- next to bars and restaurants on a public beach, yet in a relatively quiet area. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 16--each of 9 bedrooms had a private bath plus a full bathroom for the group in the living quarters. The kitchen had upscale appliances and all the pots and pans and utensils one could need. There were a couple of small complaints --2 of the bedrooms smelled strongly of mildew and opening the door to bring in fresh air brought in bugs, as well. When one of the room's aiconditioner's leaked and the pool became cloudy a couple days before our departure--we texted the person we were told to reach many times that day and got no response. I finally e-mailed Michael, one of the managers in the U.S. who got right back to me--the problems were solved the next afternoon. The only other small issue was that there was only one key for the house. We were there with young children, which I wouldn't recommend because of the open pool which is deep on the far end--(our fault, we didn't ask and it was fairly obvious by looking at the pictures).I would easily recommend this villa, especially for its location and quiet and private bedrooms.

Paradise Camp
Property was absolutely amazing, room were big with excellent A/C. American TV options, great sound system for the entire house, and a beautiful pool! Michael also did an amazing job too!
