La struttura ha subito una ristrutturazione completa nel recente passato e quest'anno ho sostituito le sedie divano, divano, e zona giorno. Ho anche sostituito gli ultimi resti della moquette in master e 2 ^ camera con il legno laminato. Precedentemente moquette nel soppalco e principale mid pavimento è stato sostituito con pavimenti in legno. Tile ha sostituito la moquette in camera da letto di nuovo che porta alla veranda sul retro. Quattro nuovi letti sono stati collocati nel soppalco e piccola camera da letto posteriore. Un letto matrimoniale è stato rimosso dalla camera da letto matrimoniale e due nuovi letti completi sono stati collocati nella camera matrimoniale. Nuova illuminazione è stato aggiunto a ogni camera da letto al piano di sotto. L'unità ora ospita 10 persone in letti.
La cucina è stato rinnovato con nuove ante in legno, un nuovo piano di lavoro in granito, nuovo lavello con rubinetto. Un filtro dispenser sapone e acqua sono stati aggiunti al lavello. Gli apparecchi sono stati aggiornati con una gamma / forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero nuovo di quest'anno (2016).,

Fred’s place was perfect for our girls trip! You can’t get a better location. It is walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars and cute shops. The place is beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our group of 8 women had a wonderful stay here! Fred was very nice and showed us around the place during checkin. Loved the two upper decks where we could see the bay & sunset. Short walk to beach and most restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Dewey Beach!

This property was perfect for our trip of 9 girls! The location is AMAZING - walking distance to the beach and every bar/restaurant. We did not use a car once (which is amazing because parking and Ubers can be annoying here). The property itself is super cute and extremely clean. There was lots of space for all 9 of us, and the owner is super accommodating and helpful if you need anything. He even met us when we got there to give us a tour of the place - he was so nice! I would DEFINITELY stay here again when I come back, we loved it!

We LOVED this property and the host! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in Dewey for a beach weekend. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk from all the bars. It’s even more specious than the photos and the owner is absolutely, lovely. He’s super communicative and understanding. You will not regret staying here!

Had a great stay in Dewey. Fred’s house is very comfortable for a big group of people. The beds were comfortable and the house had a lot of amenities. We were in the center of town and walked to the beach, restaurants, and bars with ease. Very convenient for a big group of girls. The house comes with two parking spots which we used and we scouted out the street parking from the balcony. Would love to come back here again for a nice weekend in the summer.

This house was awesome! I stayed here with 10 people and it fit us all really well. It was spacious, clean and the major highlight was it’s location, it was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere! Fred was a great host, responsive before check-in and even walked us through the house when we arrived. I highly recommend to stay here, it has to be the best rental in Dewey beach.

The house was perfect for sleeping accommodations and common areas for the group. It was great location and it was a bonus that the house included 2 parking spots. Fred was very accommodating from the moment I booked, and I hope to visit at his house again!

Great stay at the house

We beach in Rehoboth Beach but we decided we wanted to stay in town at Dewey Beach and be within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay, there were 10 of us and we fit very comfortably. Fred is very nice and was very welcoming. Highly recommend! Great views of the bay from all 3 decks and easy to find off the main road and parking was easy as well.

Girls Trip
We had a great stay here! We came for a girls trip and the house was more than big enough to accommodate our group. The location was also perfect for going out and enjoying Dewey’s beach and nightlife. We will be back!

Dewey Weekend
The location of this property could not have been better! So incredibly easy to walk everywhere and great outdoor deck space. If you’re going to Dewey then this is absolutely the place to stay. The house itself did also have updates that are not reflected in the photos - everything was very clean and well kept - 100% would stay here again

Beach getaway
This property is amazing. The location was very convenient to get to almost anything within walking distance. Fred was courteous and helpful when we arrived, and checked in with us at the end of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for two families with small kids
We had a lovely time in Fred's place. It was an easy walk to the beach with our 4 pre-school/elementary school kids. There were lots of ways to arrange the two families in the bedrooms. The house was comfortable and clean and Fred was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to all the bars and the beach! The pictures aren’t up to date, the living room and kitchen are SO much nicer than in the photos. Parking was so easy too, we had 4 cars and figuring out guest parking is so easy

Fred is the BEST
From the beginning, Fred was an amazing host. He walked me through every nook and cranny of the house to make sure we had no problems. The location was prime, on the bay down the street from Jimmy’s. The space was impecable and you cannot beat the bay view. I would highly recommend this property

Wonderful location
This was an excellent place to stay with family. It is a fully stocked home. Two blocks to the beach and a view of the bay. The owner was lovely. He walked me through the house so I knew where everything was. We stayed here in the off season and it was very quiet. Watching the sun set on the bay was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Fred was a great host who helped with checkin and was easily accessible. The house was well equipped with the essentials in case you forgot anything. Ample sleeping space for a group and a prime location in the heart of Dewey Beach.

Exactly As Advertised
The property looked perfect for our group when we booked it, and it delivered on that promise. Fred was very nice. We couldn't meet with him at arrival due to getting in late, but he helped us get settled over text and on the phone. Place was clean, amenities were good, and the location was perfect. No complaints.

We did our annual girls trip here and it was great. You can’t beat the location for walking around downtown Dewey and Fred was a great host. The condo is roomy and has lots of amenities already stocked. This was an awesome weekend!

My family of 5 (3 kids including a toddler) and my sister stayed here and loved it! We’ve rented a lot of beach houses and this was one of the best. Very clean and comfortable and the owner was really great to work with. Location is awesome and the view of the bay was really pretty. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a girls weekend!
Location is perfect, close to bars, beach and nice views. Wish the bathrooms were more updated. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable. Overall great! And Fred was a nice host.
