Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our favorite place to stay whenever we come to Kona! It’s like a home away from home. Convenient to town. The sunset and ocean views are incredible! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Washer/dryer in the unit is a plus! Been coming here for decades and hope to continue coming for many more years to come.

You can't get a better location, that's the up side. We saw sea turtles in tide pools right outside our window every single day, sometimes twice a day! Unfortunately the property isn't maintained well at all. There is black mold in the grout around the bathtub, the couch and sheets were torn and had stains on them, the screen doors didn't open, hot water heater didn't heat enough water for showers, etc. The property manager didn't respond to us when we reached out for help so we were on our own until we tracked down someone else at the management company. It's a pity because this location has so much potential.
