The condo is in a great location and well furnished. The kitchen is nice and the living room was comfortable. We appreciated the laundry in the unit. The only drawback for us was the screen porch only being accessible by going outside of the unit, and pretty dark being underneath.

My teenage daughter and I spent a few days here. Super clean, everything works as it should. short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this VRBO! Host was helpful and responsive, but never intrusive.

This home was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach, the trolly stop, and the bay side with beautiful sunrises and a playground for the little’s. The home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, chairs and floaties. Full kitchen if you’re looking for that. The screened in patio was a great space for the times you need a break from the sun. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a clean, convenient place and an easy walk to the beach. One night, a chirping smoke detector kept us awake. The manager responded well by sending someone over the next day to fix it and the owner agreed to our requested partial refund as a courtesy.

Perfect in every way! Location to the beach (1 block walk) and being close to the middle have us easy walks to both ends of the island. Taking the free trolley when tired. Property was awesome! We lacked nothing. Screened in patio was huge for me to enjoy morning coffee on. Bugs feast on me, so that was a huge bonus. We didn’t use any of the beach supplies as we had our own, but a huge variety of things if you don’t. We will be back, for sure!

Anna Maria is a wonderful chill beach location! We loved the very short walk to the beach. Just over the walk bridge there is a bench. That bench turned into our morning coffee spot. What a beautiful way to start the day! Laura was very helpful! She answered questions promptly and helped me with the lock box code when my phone would not let me open the link. The place is very clean and just right for a home base. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking. Anna Maria is quiet and quaint and the beach cannot be beat. We had a great week

Yes we knew about the stairs but also got all my steps in the 4 days we stayed. Place is very clean every thing worked. Most of all we had ablast.

Perfect location for our girls trip celebrating our moms turning 70! Very short walk to the beach, the bay, and the trolley stop. Circle k is around the corner for a quick convience store and the publix grocery is a mile away. We loved hanging out on Bridge Street, live music everywhere, and the beautiful sandy beaches. The island offers many options for free or donation based transportation including the trolley, the monkey bus, and golf cart taxis. Uber is a bit sketchy so give yourself plenty of time if you plan to use as most of the drivers live off of the island. Our driver was 20 minutes late for our ride to the airport but luckily we made the flight.
The place was comfortable, affordable, clean, and was in a great location. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were provided so all you need is your clothes a swim suit and some sunscreen. We will definitely be back!

Traveled with my husband and toddler and Laura's property was exactly what we needed. The location is great, literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our beach days was included. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and clean with 2 spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen! It was in a great location with a short walk to a beach access less then 3 minutes!

It was amazing! We rented both units for a week and it was perfect to be together but also independent.
The property is very clean, new appliances and everything is renovated. The location is the best on a quiet street a block away from the most beautiful beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including ice dispenser. The bathroom is just what you need and the shower has great pressure. It was a little storage with beach chairs and all you need.
The only issue was with the living room fan that had very low speed. The other inconvenience was a signal issue with the light and fan control for the bedrooms, if you turned one off it would turn both rooms off.
I hope we can come back for New Year’s and to celebrate some family birthdays.

Everything as advertised and then some. Nice kitchen and amenities (there were coffee filters there which was very nice); we did not make dinner but plenty of utensils to do so. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved the outside covered porch below the unit. In terms of the beach, it's a super easy walk! The beach amenities were awesome as well. If with kids, there is a small park with a basketball court a block away. Communication was solid throughout though there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place so we never really needed to reach out. This place is more than a hidden gem - we are already looking at the next time we can get down there!!

Great Location!
We were so happy we stayed here because it was so close to the beach without being on the main street, which made it quieter. Sugar Reef is a great home base on the Island. It is quick to get anywhere you want to go. It was clean and had everything you need. The internet didn’t work well our first couple of days but Laura was quick to respond and installed an updated system which worked very well. We would stay here again!

Overall the condo was great. Loved the proximity to the beach and other island amenities.
The condo itself was clean and tastefully furnished. Had a couple of issues with the bathroom...shower drain clogged but addressed right away. The bathroom fan did not work and was not fixed. Did not realize that the 2nd shower was outside! :-(
The bedrooms were comfortable but no mirror in the master bedroom was odd and inconvenient.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect mini-getaway!
We booked Sugar Reef B for a short stay on Anna-Maria island to visit with family and friends who were down from out of state. We absolutely loved loved this rental! It was clean, comfortable, and just what we expected from the photos provided. The location was centrally located, easily accessible and made easy travel to and from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Relaxing at Bradenton Beach
House was exactly as shown . Block and a half to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs in storage shed.
Weather could have been better. Temperatures during day were anywhere from 58 degrees to 70 degrees. Weather at home in Delaware was in the teens so we were content.
We only had one issue and that was with the television losing signal.
Would definitely stay here again.
