It was our second stay at this property and the house and location was excellent as usual.

Tired and rundown...shower didn't work in one bathroom. Kitchen can stand a good cleaning. Furniture could use a good shampooing. Electrical problem in overhead lighting (constant blinking). Just looked over-used and needs some tender loving care.

This home is beautiful, the house and property! So much room and places to relax. We enjoyed playing pool, and it's a short drive to old town Basalt and Willits. Adam was wonderful to deal with, so helpful. We want to stay again for a family vacation with all our daughters and husbands. I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the fire pit and the deck. Having separate bathrooms for each couple was very useful. The property was private. Except for a few maintenance issues, the property was excellent and clean.

Adam's home is lovely. It is perfectly situated to easily be able to enjoy everything that the beautiful area of Basalt has to offer!

The house is great, wonderful neighborhood. Close to both Aspen and Glenwood Springs. And everything else, grocery, gas, restaurants, river access, a couple minutes from the house. If you are looking to spend time rafting the rivers, enjoying the Glenwood Springs hot springs, and lounging and hiking around Aspen, then this location could not be more perfect!

My family did an extended summer stay at this property to escape the Texas heat. The house was exactly what we wanted. Gorgeous lot, excellent location, perfect set up for us to work virtually and entertain guests. I absolutely cannot wait to go back!

A very unique house with plenty of room for all 6 of us. Multiple areas to hang out and visit. We loved the pool table room. Great location with multiple walking options. Close to everything. Local restaurants and grocery options within walking distance.

We had a group of 8 up here this past weekend and the stay was phenomenal, we actually decided to have family dinners at the property rather than eating out. Kitchen and dining space are ample for a group of 8, sleeping arrangements were perfect, enough bathrooms to go around before and after skiing, and the living room/game room are a perfect spot to hang out after spending the day on the mountain.

The pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious, clean, and gives the homey log cabin vibe, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to plenty and an easy drive to Aspen! Could not have asked for a better place to stay and the host, Adam, was super friendly and responsive. We'll definitely be back!

Great location. We’ll worn large home that met our needs. Windows and carpet need cleaning. Basics like dishwasher soap and kitchen sponges were absent. Master toilet had a eroded flapper in the tank that made it unusable. Owner available by text but unable to resolve issues during our 3 day stay. It didn’t impact our fun!!

Really loved the location. Walking distance to lots of grocery and restaurants yet nestled back away from Nieghbors and traffic.
We came to fish and tons of options that are close as well as access to the roaring fork that you can walk to.

Huge house, cozy & very comfortable. Fabulous neighborhood. Everything you need is here for you. My grand kids and fur babies loved the wonderful large lot. There is even a fenced in area for your furbabies. Fire pit was great for sitting around with friends. Pool table was a hit with everyone. Great stay!

Great place!
This house was a great choice for our group of family and friends. Big enough for us to spread out with wonderful amenities for us to enjoy together-pool table was used quite often! Will definitely be coming back again!

Great place to get away from the world!
This is our second time staying in Adam’s property and we throughly enjoyed our stay during our fishing trip. The ability to cook meals, do laundry, and sit around the fire pit while catching up with good friends is second only to the sound of the stream running through the backyard. Very peaceful.

This is an amazing property in a great location. The owner was very helpful. We were 7 adults, 1 - 12 yr. old., and a dog. The house is very large with plenty of space to spread out and we all had an amazing time - thank you Adam for making this property available.

Real nice Christmas
Really great house and centrally located in a great area for lots of winter activities. The house has lots of room, we especially enjoyed the billiard room. Mr. Gallespie was a great host.

Great home. Perfect for families!
The home was just as described. It was very clean and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There was ample room for us to share our Thanksgiving meal with family staying in a smaller VRBO nearby. We all had a great time walking to the river and enjoying the comfortable and attractive layout of the home and large property. It was a special time for our family and Adam’s wonderful home was perfect for us. He was also an excellent and accommodating host. We will be back as soon as possible.
