well equipped apartment, nice beds and fairly quiet, plenty of hot water and good heating system which we needed to have on almost constantly to keep the lounge temperature up

Rental company sent contact telephone number for key collection to wrong email address. This meant that on arrival all we could do was ring the communal entry system doorbell. After 10 minutes we realised that this was not working. We tapped on some low windows in the hope that we were tapping on the right apartment. Someone then came and opened the front door. A patio door from lounge into garden would not close/lock so allowing permanent cold air in. We reported this immediately we discovered it and the member of staff who let us in came straight back but he couldnt close/lock it. He said someone would be around the next day. Nobody came. Further email to both him and Altida gained no response whatsoever The waste bin in kitchen area was broken with the lid off We were told not to use the main bathroom basin as it was blocked. The only alternative was a 30cm wide hand basin in the toilet or the kitchen sink, neither of which were suitable for washing The garden is overgrown and not ready for guest useage. A large plant is blocking the kitchen window A table lamp with no bulb

The apartment was fabulous - clean and spacious

The steep hill ! The apartment is halfway up a very steep hill. We learnt after the first day to make sure to get any public transport back to the top of the hill The apartment also had a beautiful garden and furniture but sadly it was so over grown we were unable to use any of the furniture
