Great location! Condo was clean, comfortable and AC was amazing. Hugo was a great help - we utilized his airport transport and he set up our fishing day - 4 marlins, 1 dorado and 1 bonito!! Easy to get Uber around town. Highly recommend Kauil restaurant or it's sister restaurant El Peregrino. We would definitely stay here again.

Property as advertised. Hugo was great. Traffic is much worse than last time we visited. Recommend you utilize the car service to and from the airport that Hugo provides and not rent a car as it just adds to the congestion. Uber and walking eas sufficient for us.

Beautiful Condo and Great location
We had a great stay at this condo! Hugo greeted us and he was fantastic throughout the week with booking events for us at a discount including travel from the airport. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach which we did not mind since it would have been twice the price if right on the beach. A great spot for easy access to many of the most popular beach spots such as Milky Beach, The Office, and Tabasco's. The upper deck was very nice and the property has a nice pool that nobody seems to use. It is also nice that it has 24 hour security.
If you are looking for access to resort style pools with full service, Casa Dorada is a short walk and offers a Day pass that gives you the amount in credit for Food/drink. So you can visit the resort without overpaying. Highly recommend that to change pace.
Over all, a great experience and would definitely recommend. I'm sure we will stay here again!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with great linens.
The couch is comfy with plenty of seating.
The kitchen has all the items you could need for preparing food.
The rooftop patio with the hot tub was a fantastic way to end each evening.
The property manager was wonderful, got us good deals on activities, made sure we had everything we needed, scheduled a nurse to come do Covid tests for traveling home, and arranged airport transportation.
I would very much recommend this property. It isn’t beach front but it’s only a short walk to the beach and a fraction of the cost for beachfront. The savings buys more margaritas and yummy food.

Fantastic Location
Great condo with everything you need in an absolute amazing location. Medano beach is a short 5 minute walk. To walk downtown to the marina, shops or restaurants is an easy walk. Approximately 15 minutes.

Amazing
Was super easy to book as the dates we wanted were available. After emailing the concierge a couple of times we arranged for return transportation to and from the airport. Driver met us with a smile and cold beer, even though our flight was delayed. He even made a stop at Walmart for us.
When we got to the property, Hugo, the property manager was awaiting us. He had the famous guacamole, chips, and beer awaiting while we got the tour, it did not disappoint. As he showed us the condo, all we could say was “wow”.
The place is beautiful and super comfortable. Reviews in the past said that the street noise at night was loud, the first night it was, after that, not a problem. The roof top patio was amazing and the sunrises were spectacular.
10 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to the marina and “downtown”.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo with the perfect arrangement for our stay during Covid-19. Isolated from party scene
Smooth, from start to finish, Hugo and Caesar were excellent and greeted us warmly. We were looking for a quiet Christmas getaway with the family and got just that. Walking distance to downtown San Lucas, the marina and Medano beach but far enough away to keep clear of party scene. Beautiful condo with private rooftop terrace for sunrises and lazy afternoons while baby napped. Security team at front gate was top notch and made us feel at home from the outset.

Beautiful place
This is a very beautiful home very comfortable to be in for a week or more nice views the homeowners have done everything to make you comfortable and have all the needs that you could want. The only thing I would say about this and it has nothing to do with the homeowners and they have no way to control it just make sure you have good earplugs to sleep at night as there is a karaoke bar that plays late Into the Night and on the weekends the local found adults play their music really loud in the field across until like 6 in the morning but again the homeowners cannot control this just beware did it can get loud and you need some good noise cancelling earphones or earplugs to be able to sleep.

Fantastic property, location, and lifestyle
Unit 602 in Puerta Cabos Village was fantastic. For us it is the perfect location - less than 2 blocks to have your feet in the sand, coming out on the swimmable Medano beach right by many massage tents and the classic Tobasco's Beach Bar. In the evenings we'd take a comfortable stroll on the sidewalks into town and the marina, rarely using taxis at all. The unit itself is beautiful - the furniture and beds are comfortable, the AC is cold, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The generous balcony with large table and chairs, rooftop loungers, large rooftop sectional couch, and hot tub were great assets, as well as 2 community pools with very few guests using them. We used to stay at the luxurious Villa del Arco regularly since it opened in 2007 but don't think we'll be back after this experience; the privacy, space, and value are all much better here. The property manager, Hugo, was super helpful and responsive both arranging transportation (with free drinks and a Walmart stop, in new Escalades!) and personally welcoming us to the unit with gifts and concierge service. The views from the first floor balcony and rooftop were great - we even enjoyed watching some soccer at the fields across the street. We're excited to return soon!

Great location, but noisy!
Hugo, the property manager met us with beer and guacamole. He was helpful as was Ivan.
The property was first rate. We loved the rooftop deck and barbecued multiple times. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and the fun places to have a drink or snack, such as Mango Deck and the Office. Loved spending time in the ocean, although the vendors were plentiful! What wasn't so nice was the street noise during the night, as well as people partying across the street near the soccer fields. The condo itself is fantastic, but because of the construction across the street and the late night activity in the open space across the street, we would not stay there again.

Hugo was our person of contact throughout the trip. He was always there to answer any questions and helped make our stay here truly exceptional. We loved everything about the trip, location, amenities, just perfect all around. We would rent this unit again in a heart beat.

We loved the condo.
Wonderful place to stay. This condo was better than we expected. Location and Hugo was so helpful I would highly recommend to anyone. Some talk about it being loud at night and we had 2 nights that we were woke up by the noise but still very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Very noisy
The condo is just as the pictures depicted. It is a perfect layout for two couples to share. The hot tub is wonderful for relaxing and the latest cation is perfect for the beach and walking distance to town and restaurants. Hugo was wonderful with helping to arrange whale watching tour, kayaking and a one day car rental. His recommendations were spot on. That said, this is a place we would not come back to. We often had difficulty with hot water, the dishwasher did not always clean the dishes and the pool was not heated for most of the time we were there. All of those problems were told to Victoria and she has assured me that the issues were to be fixed for future guests. What cannot be fixed is the noise level from the soccer field across the street and the karaoke restaurant two blocks away. Often there were soccer games until past 10:00 PM and the karaoke bar was loud until sometimes 4:00 AM. Some nights it was almost impossible to sleep. Due to all the noise this was far from a restful vacation.

Beautiful Property
So August is high hurricane season apparently. 2 Hurricanes hit the pacific coast the week we were headed out to Cabo. I was so concerned that our trip was going to be cancelled but kept an eye on the weather up until the day we had to depart. Victoria the owner of the condo reached out to me asking if our flights were still ok and that they were not being cancelled. She then informed us that if for some reason they do she can extend the dates out for arrival if there is need. I did not have to call her she called us to let us know she can make any arrangement for us that will work. Upon our arrival everything was as scheduled. Everything that we needed from car service, groceries, excursions we were assisted by Hugo the concierge of the complex. We were greeted by our driver at the airport as requested. Upon our arrival at the condo we were greeted by smile welcoming us to Cabo by Hugo. We had fresh guacamole, beer & beverages awaiting us. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The roof top was our favorite spot after a day of fun in the sun. I do have to say the first night there we discovered the water temp was not very hot. I sent Hugo an email and he was there the next morning at 8am and had that fixed immediately. The only other concern I had was one early morning some of the locals like to hang out in the soccer fields across from the complex. The music was a little loud and we are talking 1:30am. I sent an email to Hugo about my frustration and disappointment. I kid you not within 5 min the local police arrived escorting them away. Our overall stay was AWESOME! Just a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. The beach is 5 min away, taxi are abundantly available. If you stay here you don't need a rental car. At least for us (family of 4) it was more convenient to hail a taxi at the end of the block. I can see within the next year or 2 this property is going to grow even more and the area around will prosper even more. This is a great location close to everything but far enough away from all the busy city life. Our vacation was about relaxing and this was the perfect place. I recommend this for a family with teens or older.

Beautiful apartment
Everything is perfect and better than the pictures,so easy for Town and beach . The only problem we had was the drag racing the first night until dawn ,but we put an end to that by buying a fan for white noise so we slept well after that . We left the fan for future guests .

Wonderful Condo
Victoria's condo is beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. We spent most of our time on the roof top area. Where you have 3 lounge chairs, an umbrella, and couch and table area. There is also the hot tub and a great view.
We had one day where water shut down and Victoria was gracious enough to refund us a day.
Hot water doesn't work too well here. It's warm at best.
We didn't mind that too much since you are hot anyway.
The Soccer field can draw partyers at night that play music very loud. Bothered my husband a lot. Bring a sound machine. It helps drowned it out.
Over all we had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful property but the noise at night kept waking us up!
The condo was exactly as stated very well kept and had everything you could need or want! Beautiful BBQ with all the tools! Relaxing in the hot tub on the roof top at night was one of our favourite things! The soccer field across the street was not a problem as the games were over usually around 9:00 and all the rooms have blackout curtains. The noise from the parties, drag car racing and construction trucks from the street below on the other hand was unbearablle and kept us up at least 12 of the 14 nights we were there! One lady called the police three times but there was not much they could do. On the Wednesday before we left the military came with their guns and that seemed to deter the party goers for a few days! Trying to relax around the pool was hard as the construction next door, diesel trucks, busses and cars make so much noise you have to stop talking until they pass! I loved the location and the condo but would not return due to the noise!! :(

Beautiful Condo!
The pictures do not do the place justice. Looks good online, looks even better in person! It is clean, very spacious and beautifully appointed. I would highly recommend it if you are traveling with a small group or planning to be in Cabo for an extended period. If you are fit and up for a walk, everything is within 20 minutes on foot. We visited Medano Beach everyday and it was just steps away!
While I enjoyed our time here immensely, there were a few things I wish I had thought about more. You have to remember that this is a condo, not a resort. If you are looking to be waited on, it may not be the place for you. If you like to cook and mix your own drinks and don't mind cleaning up after yourself, it is perfect! I believe the owner does offer a housekeeping and some kind of shopping service and honestly, I would recommend spending the extra money for it. When we got there, they had provided a couple of beverages, but only two bottles of water... I immediately wished we had opted for the extra services.
So consider how important the service is to your trip. If you are truly looking for the condo experience here, it will not disappoint!

Great Unit
This is a perfect family rental, walking distance to everywhere and the owner thought of everything you may need for a relaxing stay. Hugo was so helpful and added to the experience, making everything flow seamlessly from arrival at the airport, a car for a Todos Santos adventure and return home.

Very Nice
We thought the place was amazing. We especially loved the rooftop jacuzzi. It was great in the early morning and evening. The location is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. The only downside is being part of the crowds at the beach. We normally stay at a resort where we have lounge chairs and bar service. We didn't get that which made the beach a little less enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo/Poor Atmosphere
The condo is beautiful and exactly as described and shown on VRBO. The view from rooftop patio is beautiful, if looking far out to the ocean, but the immediate front and back view is of a junk filled dirt lot and dirt soccer fields. Also on a busy street so when hanging out at the beautiful pool, the street noise is distracting. On Friday and Saturday nights, the soccer field across the street appears to be a local hangout where the kids play LOUD music until early morning hours. Aside from the nice location, beautiful condo and pool there is nothing special about this property. There were only 5 lounge chairs at the pool and they were not in good condition. The pool was very cold and there seemed to be issues with the pool filter as they were working on it quite often. There are not many people around so if you want complete solitude, this is the place. When we arrived Hugo arranged for our airport transportation and because the property was left in bad condition from the previous renters he suggested we go directly to Walmart to do our shopping, which gave him time to prepare the condo for us. He did a great job and everything was very clean. He set up a nice welcome snack for us. He set up transportation for the next day for us to explore Cabo and we quickly learned how expensive it is to have him set up excursions. You can easily book excursions from vendors on the street and can get a taxi easily at the corner. We were told that to take a taxi to Walmart and back would cost us $25. We went to the taxi stand at the corner and were able to get it for $12, round trip. No major problems with the condo. The coffee maker didn't work properly and we felt the sheets were not the best quality but other than that everything was very nice. Overall a very nice place to stay but it underwhelmed in atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place and to be left alone.

Loved your suite. Very spacious.Close to Walmart,City Club and the beach.Taxi cost from Walmart was $7./8.00. Office, Cabo Wabo were nice restaurants.We ate at another restaurant but can remember its name, but it only opens at 5:30 till 10:00. Huge menu to chose from. Ribs were great!Sunset cruise was nice. Hugo Ruiz was great!!He made all the arrangements to and from the airport. Only trouble we had was with the dishwasher.Directions were in Spanish/ French. We would come back again.
