Amazing location, the place was perfect for self catering meals and a really welcoming place to spend some days exploring Nice. The host was extremely responsive and super kind. Ground floor was also really helpful for luggage.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: zwischen 2 und 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bus- und Tramstation, 7 Minuten zum Strand und Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt und zur Shoppingmeile.
Das Bad - etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt.

Great location. Close to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Very good communication pre and during stay with owners and had been spotless cleaned. Had air con and a washing machine.
Property was a little smaller than we thought but very comfortable for a couple. The fit out was a little old but very functional.
