Provate la meraviglia delle località sciistiche e dei parchi nazionali dell'Utah, mentre rimanete al vostro rifugio privato per le vacanze invernali! Ottimo anche per vacanze in famiglia e viaggi d'affari !. Situato ai piedi della Wasatch Mountain Range a Sandy, UT e offre facile accesso a sentieri, resort, centro città di Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, negozi di Traverse Mountain e molto altro! L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con accesso privato a scompartimento vanta due camere da letto, un ampio bagno con box doccia, un angolo cottura caratteristico con frigorifero, forno a microonde, bancone da bar e tavolo da pranzo, ampio soggiorno con grande TV a schermo piatto , soppalco con vista sulle montagne e posti a sedere all'aperto. L'affascinante seminterrato rustico-chic con vista mozzafiato renderà difficile la voglia di andarsene! AMIAMO i nostri ospiti e speriamo che vi piaccia rimanere tanto quanto ci piace ospitarvi.

This is a very nice location. Annette had everything setup - you can tell she has spent time thinking about what a guest may need. The futon was really pretty good as a bed, and she had everything needed - mattress cover,sheets, pillows, etc. We saw deer in the front yard. The location is also pretty prime if you are a skier - really near little cottonwood canyon and close to big cottonwood. About the only challenging thing was parking on the side off the house - with a smaller car this would not have been a problem - but with my dual cab truck - it fit but was pretty tight and sometimes took me a few tries before I could get into it. I would definitely go back - for us it was perfect and we had a great time skiing.

Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood pressed up against the Wasatch mountains, it's a short but gorgeous drive to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Super clean and comfy, and the host Annette is awesome. We will be back!

Excellent value, considering convenience to the mountains for skiing/boarding. Also, very scenic hiking/running trails accessible 0.5 miles away. My only critique is that a washer/dryer would be nice for a place focusing on outdoor activities. Still, I'd stay there again.

Annette's apartment is perfectly located near base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is super clean with comfortable bedrooms (2) and a pull-out (1). It is a walkout basement on a slope with lots of natural light and generous common space w large cozy couch. There is a quality 2 burner cook top but no oven and no washer/drier, but laundromat is nearby. If you need something, Annette is very friendly and responsive. We had everything we needed for a great stay

The property was really nice and clean. Annette was very friendly and helpful. The whole family really enjoyed our stay. It was close to ski resorts and not too far from restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend to others

Great cozy spot to stay for skiing!
This place was great! We came to Salt Lake to do some skiing and this place was perfect for us. Very clean, very cozy, and Anette was very communicative when we needed anything. It was also a good amount of space, it was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was only like 20 mins from Alta and snowbird when there wasn’t traffic and just add a couple more minutes if you’re headed to the big cottonwood canyon. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place for skiers vacation.
The property is nice. You are close to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Food and shopping are 10 minutes away. The Wildlife that cruises through the neighborhood and the backyard is very impressive.

The property was much more spacious than I expected and Annette made sure we had everything we needed. We were a short drive from Little Cottonwood Canyon and there is great bus service available to get to the ski areas. Annette worked hard to shovel snow to keep our parking spot and pathway clear! Clean & Cute!
Annette was so helpful and accommodating. Her space was welcoming, clean, and decorated beautifully. It was a short walk to one of the many trailheads, which we loved since we didn’t have a car. We had everything we needed to have a great stay! Highly recommended

Never wanted to leave!
So many great things to say about this property. Let’s start by saying the owner was so helpful and kind. The property itself was clean and well appointed. Every morning we sat on the patio, watched the deer and contemplated our days activity. Many days we walked the neighborhood or hiked the nearby trails. The location was perfect and the experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great location for Skiing Little and big Cottonwood Canyon Ski areas.
When we arrived the owner gave us a friendly greeting and let us know to text if we had any issues. Even though you are on the lower level of the house you are separated completely from the upper level and have your own entrance and parking on the side and it feels as though you are the only one there. This place has a nice cozy feel to it and is kept real clean. You have the feeling of solitude as the backyard leads into a forest of trees. We had multiple occasions where deer were in the backyard right outside the back patio door.

Ski trip rental
This was a great place to come back to after long ski days! The rental was incredibly clean and well maintained/cared for. Quiet neighborhood and friendly owner. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great Location and Accommodations
On arrival there was chocolate truffles and a hand written note welcoming us to the property. Nicely decorated and fully appointed. Stocked with coffee and filters. Herd of deer almost every morning in the open space adjacent to the door. Overall a great choice if you are skiing at Alta Snowbird.

Canyon Retreat
My traveling partner and I are long time VRBO users. In the 15 or so years we have used VRBO we have never once been asked to fill out any additional contracts or to provide copies of Drivers Licenses when we arrived until this rental. It started out our trip on a somewhat sour note.
The good news was that the basement apartment was as advertised, very clean and well located to both Little and Big Cottonwood ski areas. The beds were comfortable including the futon in the living area. The only negative we found with the apartment was the lack of a garbage disposal .

Exactly as advertised -- comfortable living space in a quiet beautiful area
Interior is spacious and very comfortable. Though small the kitchen is well equipped and we had no trouble preparing meals for our group. Back yard is lovely -- we were away from the house each day so unfortunately we didn't get to take full advantage of it. House is in a convenient location for access to the mountains and host was professional and pleasant to interact with.
