It was nice and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better.

Location is great, beautiful surrounds and lots of freebies. Michael hosted us amazingly at breakfast.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Rooms were decent.

I booked 3 rooms on here that had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Get there and they don’t have any room like that, only king with a sofa. That put us in a tough situation and made the stay unpleasant for our basketball players. I basically was told at check in, if not happy, could go somewhere else when we’re at a tournament. I felt for the mistake they should have given us an extra room for free and fix the issue with booking and whoever else.

Upgrade was not honored because the reservation was made through Booking.com, and as a result I lost the accommodation entirely. I was forced to scramble at 1:00 AM to secure a room at the nearby Holiday Inn Express, where the staff were far more professional, courteous, and helpful. Please be extremely cautious about paying for upgrades through the Hampton app when the original booking was made on Booking.com. The situation was so stressful and mishandled that it pushed me beyond my patience and led me to speak in a way that goes against my Christian values.
