The location is amazing, lake view from the window. They have a self check in procedure so it’s very quick and easy. They don’t have a breakfast but there are a nice restaurant upstairs so you can have your meal there

The view is stunning. I’ve found the bed very comfortable. It is very nice to hear the sound of the waves outside from the window specially during nights and in the early mornings. The location is really closed to the center.
The procedure for the entrance is totally automatically and tech, the owner is always available, helpful and ready to answer to the phone at any time of the day. If there is a problem she will find a solution straight away and she seems very kind and nice.
The toilet was really dirty, fortunately I text to the owner straight away and she send the cleaning service the next morning.
You can hear voices of people crossing the walking way outside from the windows and it is impossible to leave the window open for the same reason, specially because anyone can eventually climb and jump into the room so easily.
So, it is always necessary to keep the windows closed and the curtains drawn, it is a shame to not enjoy the refreshing breeze during the nights or the view on the lake because of the lack of privacy.
No breakfast is included and there are no conventions with bars or restaurants around.
The way-in is through a gate on the back of a Chinese restaurant, often it is necessary to step on the puddle of water used by them to clean the floor of the kitchen, very annoying specially when you come back from a night out wearing fancy dress and shoes.
There is no parking service and only by chance you can find a free park available along the little secondary streets far 10/15 minutes from the rooms.
During weekends it is likely to be disturbed until late in the night by some parties or disco dance held in the next hotel.

Great cozy room! 400 meters from the center, right on the beach. It was amazing to sleep under the sound of the lake waves:) great value for money!

Exactly what I was waiting for, amazing views and sleep with the sound of waves! But it’s in front of a sidewalk where people do morning walkings so sometimes you can hear them. Close to the train station, the center with all stores an restaurants and close to the Porto. Clean and well maintained room.

Far from the train station, by car is ok, on foot need 17 min ,with many luggages is very hard, walk inside two buildings to find the entrance

comfortable beds, with a fresh modern bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and a fridge too. this property was located right on the lake front, in the centre of Desenzano. idyllic!

The location is very close to the lake. The rooms are bright and clean, the bathroom has all the facilities. Great for walks and a good starting point for the Gardaland.
One needs to go through the gate and down the stairs to the corridor with rooms. There is no elevator. There is also no kitchen in the room. For us, this was not an issue.

Location was wonderful, pizza place upstairs is fantastic. Check in was self serve and easy. Price was good.
No extras. No water or anything available for purchase in the mini fridge, no slippers or robes in the closet, A/C didn’t seem to work and there were lots of bugs in the room where someone had left the windows open prior to our arrival.

* The location is good - you can take a walk from there to the center, it has a bus stop nearby also
* The room is clean
* There is no proper place to put the luggage at the last day - I needed to hold my laptop on my back till we got back for the luggage - not comfortable
* This point is more related to Garda - Their bus lines are complicated and VERY unreliable !

property is at a prime location. evrything is easily within reach. the view from the window is amazing and the host was very friendly and helpful at all time. very easy check in

The view is absolutely beautiful, the location as well. Free parking in front of the place and you stay between 2 restaurants. In the evening you can here the restaurant that is partly above you when they move chairs. But after closing time there is no noice what so ever. When the sliding door of your room is open, you will nicely hear all the waves. The water is literally 3 meters away from you.
The room it self is clean and has a good size. Entering the building is easy after the explanation you receive in a pdf.

Celeste is super nice and the self check-in is pratical! Perfect location inside the town and the view out of our room was just amazing!

Very nice rooms and great location - the lake is just in front of the windows and it is just a short walk to the center of Desenzano. Very good restaurant with beautiful terrace next door.

The view was fantastic and the host was very helpful, even though it was all virtual you knew Celeste was on hand and answered our questions on recommendation for bike rentals quickly and really helpfully.
The room needed a deep clean in general and the room each day needed a proper clean. On arrival there were traces of the last guests and lots of small bugs that should have been swept away. The fridge needed a good clean out too. It didn't smell of bleach or cleaning products and during covid you would expect this. It is a shame because the view was fantastic and for the money you couldn't get a better view!

Great location, easy check in, right on water - Beautiful view. Very close to boat station, restaurants and shops.
Mold on ceilings and in bathroom, could use some cutlery - there was only one spoon.
