Location is very accessible where we need to be..very courteous and helpful staff. I wished there were more choices on the breakfast that's included.staff very accomodating.bedsheets are wonderful..its like home..
More choices for breakfast..I hope they'll continue on maintaining the property..

Spacious and well lit room. Location was a few kilometers away from where we needed to be but it's a great alternative rather than staying in the crowded town center. Plenty of parking spaces.

Nice and clean. Very good room when you think about the location in Lucena. We were visiting family and needed a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly enough, but did not know how to get us a taxi. I do not think that they are used to tourist.

Clean
Just a plain room with no amenities included. It only includes 2 small bottle of water. No coffee/tea maker, no mini ref, no bedroom slippers, no hair dryer, no iron that is supposed to be included in the room.

checking in. i came 2 mins before and they really have to asked me wait till 2pm. then 2pm came im expecting that all is good they i have to wait for another 15mins bbecaise the room is nit yet ready.

Location was spot on. it was on the main highway.
The cafe smelled like the kitchen. Exhaust fans either did not work or there are none. Blinds in the room were torn.

Facilities (room, parking, lay-out) was right for the price. Room was clean and functional (no refrigerators in the room though). Also, there is no lift/elevators to go to higher floors (need to walk up stairs). But, we like the value for money that this hotel offers, has also a great location for exploring Lucena City and surrounding areas. Ample parking and the staff are very helpful.
No lift/elevators (keep this in mind when travelling with seniors or PWD).

I like the following:
-courteous and helpful guard on duty. Upon arrival I was assisted while parking my car. He helped us with our belongings.
-clean room. I would have rated it 10, if not for the dirt on the mirror. Yeah. I do see those since I am very particular with mirrors. 😂 I normally clean ours every other day.
-efficient and fast checking in and checking out.
-helpful hotel staffs.
-food. The breakfast (tocino) is horrible. 😔
-hot choco. Barely a Milo. Expected a tablea since they labeled it as hot choco. Expectation vs reality. 😀 i love Milo but my expectation was different, that’s why.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was quick. Location is easy to find and there are ample parking space. The food and drinks are also good, especially the wings, coffee and matcha latte. Wifi is pretty ok. Pretty good place to stay for a business trip.
Limited facilities for leisure (gym, pool). Room is a little tight. No table and seats at the balcony for eating or hanging out.
