Gulf-front 30A Townhome - Steps to the Beach. FALL IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER..
Svegliatevi ogni mattina e fate una tazza di caffè sul ponte che guarda al Golfo. Puoi anche ottenere uno spettacolo delfino. Non è molto meglio di quello. Poi si cammina verso la sabbia bianca di zucchero, nuota nella bellissima acqua cristallina. Quando hai sete, ha fame o hai solo bisogno di un pisolino, sei a pochi passi dalla casa. Questa unità è stata completamente ristrutturata, nuova cucina, bagni, elettrodomestici, mobili, illuminazione ad incasso, marmo tutto .... La nostra casa è veramente una casa lontano da casa. La nostra unità dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con una grande dispensa, se si sceglie di cucinare. Ma se volete gustare mangiare fuori, ci sono molti ristoranti da scegliere su 30A. Ogni tipo di cibo che si desidera da Sushi a Pizza, 30A ha tutto.
Il padrone ha un letto king size, con balcone privato, bagno completo e TV. Seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo e TV. È inoltre disponibile un letto a gonfiabile Aero. La nostra zona giorno dispone di un nuovo divano e divano letto, schermo piatto da 55 pollici, 4K, con box HD e Wi-Fi. C'è anche un mezzo bagno al livello principale. La nostra unità è 1200 metri quadrati, con parcheggio coperto. Offriamo inoltre una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni complete con vasche inossidabili e lavanderia in piastrelle, anche dipinte di fresco.
La nostra residenza è a meno di 5 minuti da Seaside, si può facilmente andare in bicicletta. Siamo a breve distanza da Destin, Panama City, Rosemary Beach e Grayton Beach. Tutti offrono meravigliosi ristoranti, vita notturna e molto altro ancora.

Very happy with our stay! Everything was clean and location was super close to the beach with great beach views! The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Expansive , unobstructed , beautiful beach view. From the interior and exterior of the townhome ,you can hear the crashing of the waves which we loved. It is indeed only about a minute walk to the beach. Place is high end, comfortably furnished. Great location only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach so there are many shops and eateries at your fingertips plus Seagrove has its own commercial settings. We loved the place and are grateful to have stayed there! Thank you , Cindy! The Mayeuxs

Perfect slow paced location with the best ocean views. Close enough driving to the cutest little downtown area with tons of restaurants. The beach is just steps away. The beach location is perfect.. not too busy, There is the most delicious breakfast and coffee shop within walking distance that is also a part of a cute little outdoor restaurant. The decor of the condo was perfect.. just an idyllic spot.

The unit was incredibly clean and beautiful. Short walk to the ocean. Didn't realize the laundry was outside and underneath the unit. The biggest concern for us was the communication with the host. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work. With some troubleshooting, I realized the batteries in the remotes were so old they were swollen. The host stated she had no idea that was a problem but did not offer any resolution. Also, there was no iron in the unit. Only an ironing board. When I asked about the location of an iron, the host said it was in the closet. I stated clearly that it was not in the closet and that there was no iron available. Crickets. No offering to help out in any way. I had to go to Walmart and buy batteries for her remotes and I also bought an iron for her. I kindly asked her if she would be able to reimburse me for these two things since I was actually helping her. She asked for my venmo and then did not reimburse me. Very strange. 2 days later I had to ask her again, obviously making me feel strange like I was begging her to reimburse me. She finally did reimburse me. We had another incident where the internet stopped working. The only response we got was 14 hours later and stating that the internet never fails there. No offer of a resolution, nothing.This was not a good experience all around even outside of these two incidents with communication with the host. We would not return.
