Viaje familiar shopping en Houston

La ubicación para ir de compras (cercano al outlet), excelente. El desayuno muy bien y el personal amable.

Stay was excellent staff was nice. Enjoyed the pool area.

The quietness,clean, bed was comfortable and bacon on thr breakfast menu.

We will definitely be looking to only stay in Tru Hilton.

Clean, bed was super comfortable, tv was amazing, shower was my favorite thing, the shampoo and soap was high quality.

Only downside was there was no microwave.

Location to the outlets and the bed was very comfortable

The air conditioner was very loud. There is not many food locations nearby

I did not like the staff. They was not all on the same page & they was threatening to cancel our rooms when we was in commucation with them. They was Lieng to us all along & they double charged me for a room. The staff was terrible, I will not stay there again!

I didn’t understand if I was staying 2 nights, I should have enough towels and I had to ask for soap several times

It was okay would have been perfect if shade would go up !!

Great place other than shade did not go up. And I need sunlight, I would not be able to stay again for that reason, I can have dark at night for sleeping , however not after check in, I had to sit in my car in parking lot, instead of relaxing in room which was why I got the room was to relax before work event.

It was clean, very nice lady who checked me in and as amazing

Included breakfast was a plus, and the main lobby area with pool and games was a fun atmosphere

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

It was okay but staff was rude during breakfast, asked us to get up so they could clean the table while we were still eating.

staff interactions were extremely rude and disrespectful.

the location I have stayed here before lots of times and it used to look better

the shower was dirty , it still had hair in it. missing soap in showers , room didn’t look perfectly clean

Great staff, clean hotel, hot breakfast

The hotel and room was very clean, the staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good, not spectacular, but good and hot.
