Good location. Clean. Everything you need for a couple of days. Cute terrace. Walking distance to city centre. Friendly people around
We went in Piacenza when there's was a big heat wave. 30 degrees in the night. Air conditioner would've been perfect.

The location, the palazzo
Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. e.g. plug for kitchen sink, chopping board but other wise it meet my needs

The location was excellent — close to everything I needed, including public transport, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around the city super convenient and really added to the comfort of my stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always available when I had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out.
However, there were some major downsides. The apartment was extremely hot, especially at night, and there was no air conditioning — just a small fan that didn’t do much. It made it really difficult to sleep or relax indoors. Additionally, the furniture was quite old and worn, which took away from the overall comfort of the space.
