Immagina di svegliarti ai meravigliosi panorami dell'oceano. Goditi questa bellissima casa a schiera che si trova a 25 piedi dall'oceano ea pochi passi da Lahaina. Puamana è una gated community a sud di Lahaina. La comunità di 30 acri è ben tenuta con rigogliosi giardini e paesaggi tropicali. Se ci sei durante la stagione del mango, i mango freschi sono fruttuosi dall'ufficio di Puamana. Per le vostre esigenze ricreative, Puamana dispone di 3 piscine, una piscina si affaccia sull'oceano e campi da tennis.
La casa a schiera ha un ampio spazio aperto e accogliente ed è davvero un posto per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza. I grandi cursori aperti aprono l'intero spazio del muro sul lato dell'oceano, il che fa sembrare che tu sia proprio sul bordo dell'oceano. La vista aperta in tutta la casa consente al sole di splendere dentro, sia che tu sia nelle camere da letto o nel soggiorno.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un'isola in marmo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Puoi cucinare e goderti ancora la vista sull'oceano.
La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e si affaccia sull'oceano. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono sul lanai in modo da poter fare il bagno nella poltrona. Il bagno principale ha una doccia in marmo aperta con un soffione enorme.
Le 2 delle 3 camere da letto aggiuntive hanno anche letti queen size, la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. This place was perfect for our family! We had 7 of us and each couple, and the individual, had their own room. The views are amazing and the beach at low tide is really nice. We enjoyed the nice open downstairs and it was a fantastic place for us to gather. We were concerned about how the area of Lahaina would look from the fire 3 years ago, but were pleasantly surprised to see how well it has come back. This section of the neighborhood was unaffected, so it's beautiful. The pool by the ocean is really nice too! The home is showing some signs of getting older as the screen on the Master bedroom door has separated and there are other small cosmetic issues. We had to call twice to have the window air conditioning unit in the Master Bedroom fixed, but they came out quickly each time. The views and location far outweigh any negatives.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific and Lanai right from your own lanai! This roomy rental was perfect for our multigenerational party of 8. Community amenities were fantastic, and the flat green space behind the property is perfect. Overall, a great spot in an amazing location. That said, these are some important considerations:-This is a three story unit. LOTS of steps. All of the AC is window/wall units and it will be hot when you walk in the door. It does cool down quick. -Having multiple vehicles results in additional charges, and this is not specified. -Both the grill and the stove top have issues getting to temperature. Not dealbreakers, but you should know for planning your meals.The properties in this community are old and beachside, and as such suffer from pest management challenges. Be on the lookout for cockroaches and mice.

Location was great. Property not well maintained. Would have opened windows more but screens were gone or ripped where bugs came in at night. Needs an update on bed in second floor room. Very small showers. We took off our shoes before entering house but kept socks on. MISTAKE! Two people fell down the wood steps and one fractured his foot. All on the first day. Range dials in kitchen unreadable and light bulbs burned out in house. Hard to figure light switches. Also blinds in bathroom had large hole in them. Took garbage put every night but still saw two large roaches. Would have been nice to get instructions on TV. Said no connection when we tried it. Disappointed for the amount that was charged per night. Glad we were out most of the time
