We had a fun bachelorette weekend and the house worked for our group, but it felt under-equipped for a property that sleeps 12.There were several basic items missing, including a large frying pan, coffee filters, kitchen hand towels, bathroom trash cans, and more than two coffee mugs. The pull-out couch also didn’t have bedding prepared. To the host’s credit, they responded very quickly and brought bedding over, which we appreciated, but these are standard items guests shouldn’t have to request.The layout was also a bit odd, with an unexpected number of stairs throughout the house that made getting around more cumbersome than we anticipated.The family room has an incredibly tall ceiling, but the décor felt out of proportion. The large wreaths looked oddly placed and weren’t even centered, making the space feel unfinished rather than intentional.None of these issues ruined our trip, but together they made the home feel less thoughtfully prepared than other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. With a better-stocked kitchen, a few more household essentials, and some attention to the home’s presentation, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

This was a very comfortable place with plenty of room. Only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have additional blankets on premises!

Perfect location! Great amenities! Soft beds, struggled with the kitchen being up a couple of flights of stairs and would have liked to have had rooms with more Queen beds or a king but overall good property!

Cable or Tv downstairs didn’t work, our feet and socks were filthy from the floor and the rugs from being dirty! We had one roll of paper towels and one garage bag and not enough silverware. We had plenty of towels and were close to the south beach. You add was miss leading about the pool and hot tub which was across the crazy busy street. I would have called it dangerous to my young grandchildren. The cost was much more expensive than other places. We did like the convenience to the eating establishments. I would definitely check up on your cleaning people. I don’t like leaving a review like this, but we have been coming here for years and this was the first time things were not acceptable! I accidentally bought home the plug in for the electric skillet. If you send me the address, I’ll sent it back.
