La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con una cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, caffettiera in stile Kurig e bar per la colazione. La casa ha tutta la nuova vernice, dentro e fuori, nuovi pavimenti in tutto. Il livello principale ospita 2 camere da letto e un bagno, cucina e camera familiare con Smart TV a schermo piatto, (Internet incluso). Il seminterrato ha la terza camera da letto e il secondo bagno, un'altra grande camera familiare con Smart TV a schermo piatto, area giochi con biliardino e lavanderia completa con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è anche un sacco di spazio per allestire una regina e due materassi ad aria e culla, tutti forniti.
Anche il molo recentemente rinnovato ha una grande piattaforma da bagno con scivolo acquatico. I motivi offrono spazio per un parcheggio per un massimo di 4 veicoli / rimorchi (chiedere un parcheggio aggiuntivo, se necessario), 2 ponti e un patio, tutti con molti tavoli e posti a sedere, grill a gas all'aperto e firepit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My wife and I booked last minute MDW weekend getaway with our dogs and couldn't have been more pleased. The property is great whether you are traveling as a couple or with a group (including kids). Had everything we needed for an awesome time. Space/privacy, cooking supplies, dock, fire pit, fridges/coolers. It was awesome. Oh and Stephanie made check in and check out super easy, even on 24 hours notice!

Our 32 night stay was not long enough! After the first night with a gorgeous view & comfy beds, we were at home! At the end, we weren’t ready to leave. The kitchen has every type of baking pan, cooking pot, measuring device, awesome blender, a flour sifter - absolutely everything we needed! Bathrooms were well stocked too - 3 hair dryers meant daughters & I didn’t have to share! Two living areas gave daughters & friends plenty of relaxing space separate from parents & friends. Early mornings rocking on the upper deck watching the sunrise were only surpassed by the time spent on the spacious swim dock and the two mini refrigerators under the Tiki Bar saved many trips back to the house. We were grateful for the many bumpers on the dock’s side where we tied up our rental boat! They provided ample protection even on busy Labor Day Weekend! The king sized bed had a wonderful mattress - that’s critical when staying a month! Girlfriends & family said their beds were great too! Ample parking is rare & critical at the lake and at times, we needed all 5 parking spaces! The home’s location was perfect for us! We love going to Jolly Roger’s Sunday Brunch on the north shore; to the boat races by the Grand Glaize Bridge; & enjoying Lazy Gators in the next cove - it’s in the center of everything! Last but not least, I cannot rave enough about our host homeowner, Stephanie! After coming to the lake over 60 years, trust me, she is amazing! I’ll always rent from her! Marcia from Florida

The cove was perfect. Some big waves at times but lots of quiet downtime. Great selection of books, games, and lake gear. We loved the kayak and SUP. House was so well stocked, we could have brought fewer groceries along with us. Perfect location on the water and near boat/watercraft rental.
