Piscina a sfioro !!! La Belize Island Beach House è una bellissima casa proprio sulla spiaggia ... La nostra casa è ciò che ti aspetteresti quando sei in vacanza su un'isola tropicale. Abbiamo appena completato la costruzione di una piscina dove ti godrai le giornate rilassanti al Belize Island Beach House.

Abbiamo fatto il possibile per preservare la naturale sensazione dei Caraibi con tetti di paglia, mobili in mogano del Belize e un meraviglioso molo di 200 metri con un nascondiglio di tetto di paglia alla fine per rilassarci e goderti la brezza caraibica. La nostra proprietà paesaggistica, molto privata, include la tua spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca situata proprio sul Mar dei Caraibi !!!
La nostra casa è allestita perfettamente per gruppi grandi o piccoli, è possibile affittare la 'solo casa' con gruppi fino a 8, e per gruppi più grandi, fino a 12, è possibile aggiungere la Casita Beach che comprende due camere da letto. La nostra casa è bella, abbiamo letti e mobili di alta qualità che ci godono come a casa nostra. La casa principale dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, cucina e sala da pranzo, una grande veranda coperta piastrellata e una veranda sul tetto 30x30 per un po 'di R&R con vista sulla bellezza. La Casita si trova proprio accanto alla casa principale e dispone di 2 bagni e 1 bagno e una propria cucina separata, soggiorno e zona pranzo e una veranda privata sulla spiaggia. Questa aggiunta Beach Casita è per gruppi più numerosi La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 8-12 persone. I GRUPPI DI IMMERSIONE E DI PESCA SONO I BENVENUTI !!!
La nostra casa si trova in una bellissima parte dell'isola. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia ci sono resort a servizio completo dove è possibile noleggiare kayak per esplorare o pescare nella barriera corallina o godersi un pasto sulla spiaggia meravigliosamente preparato.
Al tuo arrivo, il nostro responsabile locale accoglierà la tua festa presso la pista di atterraggio di San Pedro, ti porterà a fare shopping, se lo desideri, e poi organizzerà il trasporto per te e la tua festa tramite un taxi acqueo verso una delle case più belle dell'isola, The Belize Island Beach Casa. Lì, ti godrai la bellissima vita caraibica nella tua casa privata che è completamente arredata.
Goditi una tazza di caffè sulla tua veranda privata e guarda l'alba o guarda il bellissimo tramonto dalla terrazza panoramica di 900 piedi quadrati con il suo palapa di paglia. Forse un romantico bar-b-que di dentici o aragoste appena pescati sulla spiaggia è la tua idea di un ottimo modo per concludere la giornata.
Per rimanere in contatto con la famiglia o l'ufficio, la Belize Island Beach House offre INTERNET AD ALTA VELOCITÀ SENZA FILI. Porta il laptop e fai il check-in a casa.

Sergio(on site manager) checked on us daily- very attentive. Beautiful views- nice pool! Plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. Tons of room for our family of 10!It’s about a 20 minute golf cart drive to San Pedro

Our stay at the Belize Island house was nothing less than awesome. We rented the main house and the smaller guest house on the property and our group of 12 (2 sisters with their families) fit perfectly. The caretaker was responsive to our requests. We used a local grocery provisioning service that was recommended to us by the property manager which saved us a ton of time (although the food may have been a bit more pricey, but time on holidays is priceless). On our first night we walked to resort just north of the house and enjoyed a lovely supper. We cooked all other meals at the house and found the kitchen very well stocked. There were lots of towels for both the ocean and the showers. Although the Belize island house is a bit of a drive to San Pedro, that did not matter to us, as we were very happy to just have the peaceful setting and the pool was a huge plus. We really enjoyed the pier, and arranged two excursions that picked us up right from the dock. The reef and sea life were just amazing. We saw everything from Manta Rays to sea horses, to dugongs, to dolphins. The only downside to our week is that there was work going on at the property to build a sea wall, and that meant there was really no beach for us to enjoy and construction noise in the mornings. The property manager did apologize and offered a one night discount for our stay which was appreciated. We would highly recommend the Belize Island house to any family that wants a peaceful, tropical stay.

Our family travels to tropical destinations each Christmas- this was our first trip to AC. (My husband, me, 3 adult sons and daughter in law) We were assured by the owner that the management company would help us book snorkeling and fishing trips as well as help make our stay easy and relaxing. None of that happened. The management company employee was very slow in answering my emails requesting help for booking our excursions. I did a lot of research and knew that things book up at christmas. The promised "best" fishing and snorkeling guides were all booked due to delay from management Fortunately, I emailed Juan Carlos at the nearby Portofino resort and he saved the day finding us guides. He was very attentive and responded quickly to all my emails and questions. I asked management about renting a golf cart as the house is far north and was told that was definitely an option. Glad we didn't follow thru as the "road" behind the house was literally a mud pit that was impassable for 4 -wheelers. This happens a lot in AC but I should have never been encouraged to rent a golf cart as there would have been no way to even get it there. The caretaker, Abner, was not on premises most of the week.He was in town with his family for holidays but the rental info states he will always be around to help at any time. We had a bathroom door that dragged so badly that it woke us up if the door was opened at night and made it difficult to shut the door completely. Abner was made aware of this but he said it would take all day to fix it and asked if we would be ok if he did so after we checked out For several days the breeze was non existent which brought in biting bugs which is common to the area. We brought bug repellent but that did not deter the bugs which made it difficult to enjoy the outside decks. There are no ceiling fans outside and there are no portable fans available It would have been nice if Abner could have sprayed/ fogged around outdoor living areas. We were eaten alive. Master bath had a constant odor of sewage which could be fixed by bolting the toilet to the floor properly. Do your research & arrive prepared as it is difficult to get questions answered in a complete/ timely manner We enjoyed our excursions very much. The locals are friendly & helpful. It is expensive to take the water taxi so plan ahead for grocery delivery & restaurants. Bring cash. Management provided boat to get us from San Pedro to house on arrival but did not mention $75 fee
