Though the area has its share of city bustle, the apartment provides the perfect balance of accessibility and comfort, allowing you to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment has intercom, free wifi, mosquito screens - very useful especially in Summertime! - and anything you may need for a perfect stay just like at your home!
The facility offers:
- Kitchenette provided with stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, a complete set of kitchenware;
- Living room with sofa bed sleeping 2 people (2 children or 1 adult and 1 child), table with 4 chairs;
- 1 Master Bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobes, night tables and reading lamps:
- 1 Bathroom with wash basin, shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, mirror;
- 1 small room with ironing facilities and washing machine;
- 1 Terrace
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee is Euro 60 to be paid in cash at the check in.
PARKING:
The great thing about my apartment is that parking is easy and is free in the street parallel to our street. What a great opportunity to use my property as a perfect base to discover by car the beautiful cities and landscapes that Tuscany has to offer!
CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
As this is not a hotel (but the personal assistance is far better, trust me!), and therefore there is no 24/7 reception duty, in order to organize the check in I will need the exact time of your arrival at the apartment at least two days prior to your arrival. I will allow a maximum of 30 minutes of delay, after which we may leave the place and you will need to schedule another appointment by calling us directly.
Late check in (after 8pm) - € 20 to be paid at check in.

Our stay at this property made our first visit to Florence unforgettable. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished with an elegant touch, offering a serene retreat close to the city’s vibrant center. The hostess Bitte's responsiveness was fantastic, answering all our questions and providing helpful guidance. We highly recommend this accommodation to fellow travelers seeking comfort, style, and excellent service in Florence.

Quiet, cozy space with all the essentials. Glad we did not have a car, because parking was at a great premium nice to have a grocery store about an eight minute walk away took the bus numerous times to downtown. very nice owners. And generally quiet neighbors. Traffic was a little loud in the morning and evening.
No tv but did not need one.

L'appartement était très confortable et très bien équipé.
Cependant la chambre au premier étage donne sur une rue très passagère de jour comme de nuit (automobiles, bus, motos ). Le bruit nous a empêché de dormir dans cette chambre.
Nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé BZ dans le séjour
C'est vraiment dommage car le reste était très bien.
