Perfect location

The house was perfect for our family! Even more so than we could have hoped. The location was perfect, close the beach and stores. Plus, Julie was amazing and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great space/location. Outside area is larger than most Marco pool areas. Plenty of lounge chairs, large l shaped comfy couch and two large dining tables and chairs. We had no issues! Would book again!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The house itself is set up so well, with excellent common spaces inside and out. The pool area was a huge hit with our kids and their were a number of pool toys available to use as well. The home is also within very close proximity to the beach, a 5 to 10 minute walk at most. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is included with the home. Chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, etc. A big thanks to Julie for being so responsive prior to and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. My 4-year-old loved the heated pool and huge selection of pool/beach toys! And there is plenty of wonderful seating around the deck to choose from. Perfect for large groups. The bedrooms feel so private with two on each side of the main living area. And the large closet off the master transformed perfectly into a quiet, dark sleep space for my 7 month old. The large TV and large open space was a bonus with the start of March Madness. The large windows on the front of the house are very transparent, though, especially at night. But that didn’t bother us since we go to bed pretty early with little ones. I also appreciated all the little nightlights around. Just nice since being in an unfamiliar home. Julie was so easy to communicate with, always available if we needed anything and quick to respond. Great owners and great house! Thank you, Julie and William!

Julie was always quick to respond and easy to access. The location is spectacular with two beach access points within a short walk, even with young children. Kitchen and house has all the basics and everything you need to show up and have a great family vacation.

Our family certainly enjoyed our time on Marco Island and the Attwood’s lovely home. The layout of this home is very user friendly for a family and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Clearly, they have a gifting for hospitality and encouraging a welcome environment for their guests!! Communication was clear, timely and they go above and beyond to provide an easy and comfortable stay—just like home. Our family stayed in Marco two years ago at another VRBO property and really do appreciate how welcoming this property has been. The layout with two bedrooms on either side of the main living area which could be closed off – increased privacy and comfort. (You do feel a little exposed at night with the main living space windows having no covering, but overall private all around). There are so many different places for people to spread out and enjoy. Since it was Thanksgiving – we could easily prepare a feast with this well-appointed kitchen – plenty of dishes and pots/pans and even plastic wear for left overs. 😊 Everything is thought of to make it homey and easy. We had all our adult children and a grandchild (1 ½ yrs) with us. We appreciated the extra-large walk-in closet in two of the bedrooms. (This made for a great space to set up the crib and tuck him away for naps and bedtime). And the outdoor spaces – WOW! So many places to enjoy coffee, a book or sun by the pool. Large hedges around the property provide privacy and a spa like atmosphere. The Attwood’s also have all the beach supplies you could imagine. Beach chairs, towels, toys and a wagon to boot! The very quick 10 min walk to the beach is easy and inviting! You are minutes away walking to putt-putt, restaurants, and the ever-important ice cream!! We simply can’t recommend more highly! We will be back!

We rented this property for our family vacation/wedding week and it was everything we had hoped. House was very clean and the layout is perfect for the option for all guests to hang together or find a quiet space to hang alone. Loved the property! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Just a short walk to beaches and short drive to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely suggest this rental to others!m

It was our first stay on Marco Island and this property did not disappoint! We have always taken family vacations with our 3 children, now ages 24, 21, and 19. They always take turns bringing a friend. It is becoming increasingly harder for all 5 of us to make it on summer vacations (college, co-ops, etc) so we were really looking forward to our Marco trip all together. Finding this property that sleeps 8 was perfect because our oldest was able to bring his gf and our son and daughter brought a friend each. The house is very spacious inside with 4 nice sized rooms and 2 bathrooms and plenty of closet space! The living room has a large comfy sectional, large TV and nice picture windows. The shaded parking under the elevated house is a plus.. It is a quick walk to the public beach access, shops, 7-11 and a good amount of restaurants. A beautifully landscaped (and fun) putt-putt is just up the street also.. We loved the beach but the outdoor area at the house is so inviting, that we spent a lot of time enjoying the screened in pool, patio and upper deck! And I can't say how handy we found the outdoor half-bathroom by the pool, that was so convenient! Enjoying meals or a book on the upper deck was very private, the yard is surrounded by very tall hedges that block any view to neighbors. Communication with Julie could not have been easier or quicker! She even responded very fast when we were at the store and had forgot to look if we needed ground coffee or pods, depending on the type of maker. We definitely recommend this beautiful house and I know we will keep it on our list of go-to options when planning another Marco trip. A highlight of our trip was walking past the burrowing owls each day on the route to the beach or shops, they are so adorable. Thank you to the Atwoods for offering their beautiful home for others to enjoy and make memories!

The property is gorgeous, well-equipped with everything you could ever need in the house and at the beach. It is well maintained and very spacious. The four bedrooms are large, especially the master rooms and they all have comfortable mattresses. The pool is spotless and cleaned weekly. The location is very close to the beach, about 5 to 10 minute easy walk. In the living room, there is a huge bay window and it was my 81 year old mother's favorite part of the house. It has a great view of the neighborhood and it lets in a lot of natural light. I definitely plan to come back next year!

Couldn’t have been a better vacation for our family. The kids are begging to go back next summer and the whole family was sad to leave. The house was BEAUTIFUL and equipped with everything our family needed/wanted for our stay. Literally has all the kitchen supplies, towels, and beach gear you need. The Atwood’s were amazing hosts-very helpful when booking and also sending information before our arrival. The location was great. Both beach access locations were within a short walking distance. We hope to make many more memories in this house in the future!

My family's vacation was amazing. This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we are a beach loving family. First, the location of this house is everything. Walking to the South Beach access was easy, safe and we picked up mangos from the ground every day. We found tons of shells and the sand is like sugar. Second, the communication with Julie has been most helpful. I've been asking questions for 5 months and every time I've reached out I've received a response with in 15min... no joke. I truly felt that Julie wanted us to have a great vacation and she didn't disappoint. All the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels and toy's were in wonderful condition. No need to bring your own. Third, this house is clean and everything works. The air conditioning is AMAZING! We never touched the thermostat but did turn the fans on. We rented a golf cart (was delivered and picked up from the house) and I didn't get back into my car for 10days. We had the best time going around the island looking at the owels, turtles and Starbucks drive thru. If you have to go to the grocery store on vacation we suggest taking a golf cart. We refer to it as " Marco Life" because it's so fun. This house provided a much needed family vacation. We all slept well, loved the local restaurants and the beach is amazing. This was a vacation that we didn't want to leave and felt sad driving across the Marco bridge heading home. We'll most definitely be back soon. This property is great for all ages! Great accommodations for kids taking trips to the beautiful beach. Everything needed for the beach was provided! 5 min walk to and from the beach was awesome. (Saved big on parking). Communication was also great from Julie and William. Will be staying again 😀

This is the perfect beach house for 2 families to rent. Each side of the house has 2 bedrooms that can be shut off to the main part of the house by pocket doors which will provide each family privacy after a full days worth of activities on the beach and poolside. The main living area is an open plan with a dining table for 8 plus seating for 5 more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen looks into the living room and there is a huge, ? 75”, flat screen smart TV on the living room wall where you can watch cable tv or your favorites of Netflix (but really who comes to the beach to watch tv?). Speaking of the beach, it is no more than a 10 “ leisurely walk to the beach. Eight beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to pull everything to the beach is included. And the beach is beautiful. Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery stores are a 5” drive away and a 7-11 for convenience is right around the corner as are several restaurants and an ice cream shoppe. The location is perfect for a beach get away. And when you tire of the beach, the outdoor living at the house is absolutely fantastic. There is a balcony that overlooks the pool with ceiling fans for comfort and 2 tables that each seat 4 people plus a smaller love seat and coffee table for relaxing. There is a pool bath that is easily accessible and then the pool itself which is quite refreshing and inviting after a warm day on the beach. There is also a covered area below the house for seating overlooking the pool in the event you’ve had too much sun. There are ceiling fans to keep you cool and overhead lighting to light up your table as you are playing board games poolside with your family and friends. Last but not least there is covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and out of the sun or afternoon rain shower. The only complaint we all had was the comfort of the beds. The beds are very firm and not very comfortable but this lone drawback should not deter you from renting this perfect beach house.

We loved our time at this house! The outdoor space and pool were phenomenal. We spent most of our time in the pool, on the outdoor sectional, or on the deck. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The gear for the beach that was provided was excellent. We walked to the beach almost every day. Easy walk for our 10, 8, and 6 year old. We were sorry to leave and will be back.

We had the best time in this vacation home. The house was extremely clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed. The location was ideal in being close to the beach and within walking distance to many attractions in Marco Island. Would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again! Everything was there for us to use for the beach towels, umbrellas, buggy and chairs. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking if you choose to do that or a short walk to restaurants if you want to eat out.

This house was awesome! From the outdoor space, to the large kitchen, to the large bedrooms, everything in our stay was great. The location of the house is very convenient, just 7-10 minutes from access to the beach, depending on which beach you go to. The house is also close to a few restaurants, mini golf, major resorts, etc. I cannot say enough about the house or its hosts, William and Julie who were attentive, answered all communication extremely quickly. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful house, in the amazing Marco Island! 5 stars!
