Ubicato in Centro, questo affascinante condominio a 130 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimovacanza. Perfetta alternativa ai costosi camera d'albergo senza rinunciare lusso o la posizione! Bellissimo edificio storico completamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort moderni e di ascensore, l'edificio è completamente nuovo di zecca all'interno, ma con facciata originale fuori sulla famosa via Huertas, molto vicino al Prado, Thyssen e il Reina Sofia e il Palazzo Reale (Palazzo Reale), a centro centro storico di Madrid, il famoso Barrio de las Letras.
L'appartamento ha un letto matrimoniale molto comodo (160 cm)
e 2 divani letto nella zona giorno. La camera da letto ha 3 pareti e non è totalmente privata. Puoi vederlo nelle immagini.
Ho vissuto a Madrid, negli ultimi dieci anni, felice di aiutarvi a scegliere i migliori luoghi da visitare in ed intorno a Madrid. L'appartamento si trova proprio accanto alla Plaza de Santa Ana. Vicino a Puerta del Sol e la Plaza Mayor e Musei. Potrete raggiungere a piedi a La Cava Baja, una strada piena di ristoranti e piccoli bar. Inoltre, il Mercado de San Miguel un luogo di incontro e deliziose tapas!
La stazione della metropolitana della metropolitana è a pochi passi di distanza, in modo che si può facilmente spostarsi Madrid, così come una breve passeggiata per il Atocha stazione ferroviaria principale, dalla quale si può facilmente prendere il treno proiettile ad alta velocità AVE di Toledo, Segovia o Avila, o viaggi più lunghi per Siviglia, Alicante o Barcellona.

The property was very modern and clean. The location was perfect in the heart of the city. My favorite part of the property was the two balconies that looked out to the street. The property slept our party of three very comfortably.

Gorete and her staff were wonderful to work with and we were allowed to enter early after long flight from U.S. we so enjoyed the space to move around, close proximity lay to metro and other attractions and plethora of restaurants and shops available. Little loud late at night as it is near a club and the boys were a little rowdy, but but earplugs when needed to fall asleep….would recommend this place for those traveling light as laundry allowed us to travel with just carry on bags. Loved the plaza areas, and Christmas experience. We are in Barcelona now and I miss the Madrid people! Cafe VIVARI across from Anton Martin metro station is wonderful for quick coffee and pastry and VERY reasonable. You will have fun and this place is PERFECT.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place! Very clean, plenty of room and so close to everything. We arrived very early and they were able to let us get into apartment ahead of schedule. Absolutely would stay there again!

This is a perfect apartment for a visit to Madrid. It is well stocked with everything you need, in a great location and has restaurants and grocery stores close by. The owner is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The property is perfectly located and gets fice stars for location and accessibility to the best parts of Madrid. The room was comfortable enough. A bit of a tight squeeze for a family of four but we knew that and it was fine for our purposes. The kitchen and washer/dryer combo definitely came in handy. Had no issues with street noise. Check in was not a problem and the neighborhood was very safe. I would highly recommend this for your Madrid stay!

Centrally located, easy walk to numerous historical sites. We only needed to taxi to and from the airport. Well cared for and spotless apartment on relatively quiet street. Alicia was most welcoming and helpful. Wonderful restaurants in nearby plazas. We stayed a month and it felt like home!

This apartment is perfect for 2 people. It's compact but equipped with everything you could want. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. (Yes, at times we heard the noise from people on the street at late hours but we fell back to sleep.) The best thing is the neighborhood. It is totally charming and full of nice restaurants and shops. But it's also easy to get to all of the major sites of Madrid. Thank you, Gorete!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to settle right in. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of most major cites and close to every type of food imaginable. Highly recommend this place and will book it again when we return.

The apartment and location are generally excellent. However, there is proximity to nightclubs which did lead to disturbed sleep on a couple of nights. The noise was not from the night clubs themselves but young people gathering either before after going to the club.

Great location! Can walk everywhere. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and communication and check in with the host was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

We had the best experience here. Alicia was at the door to greet us, and assisted with our missing luggage from the airline. Best location walking distance to the Prado, Retiro, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Palace and more. Great restaurant recommendations went to Lamucca, Revoltosa, La Ana La Santa, casa Julio and many fun tapas bars. Gracias para todo!

This is our 4th or 5th time that we have stayed in la calle las huertas. The apartment and the manager are amazing!!!

Wonderful location and property, close to everything in Madrid, wonderful place to mingle and feel like a local. The only negative was the level of noise coming from a bar 2 doors from us (called Dali) EVERY NIGHT until 3:00 am.

Gorete has thought of everything you might need or have forgotten for your stay. We stayed in early December and the Madrid Christmas lights around each corner were delightful. Then back to apartment for quick work on their fast WiFi. Loved the location- hope to come back soon.

A great experience. The apartment was pleasant, comfortable, and nicely appointed. All that was needed for our stay. The location is great, and the neighborhood, is a great base for visiting the three great art museums of Madrid and other parts of the city. We would return!

Home away from home
This is the fourth time that we have stayed at this apartment. It really feels like home to us. From the moment Alicia, the housekeeper, give us the key we settle in and immediately go for a walk around the neighborhood and walk over to La Venencia for a fino and olives. Usually Gorete, the owner, gives us a welcome call and if she is in town comes to visit. We consider her, Alicia and Jesus, the super, as friends. The apartamento is bright, pretty y confortable and very well located. We will return.

Beautiful apartment in primo location
We enjoyed our stay at Gorette's apartment. It was very modern and even had a DRYER, included for our laundry needs. The coffee provided was a welcome amenity. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice size with space for your toiletries. The action on the street below kept us entertained, when we returned to the room at the end of the day. Gelato shop right across the street. Bars and restaurants on the street below provided many options for dining. We went to the Vietnam restaurant a few doors down and was blown away with how good the food and service was.
I would recommend Gorette's place to all my friends and hope to return to Madrid someday..

Apartment was in a great location for what we wanted to see and experience while in Madrid , and for the time we had. Were able to walk to many of the tourist sites. Apartment was bright and modern, and well equipped. Cozy, very clean and well maintained.
Felt safe in the location. Only negative was a small shower.

Gorete is a wonderful host and great communicator! She promptly answers all questions and has many great recommendations.
Gorete's place is immaculately clean, spacious, bright, and well-designed. Every detail in Gorete's apartment is well-thought and practical. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. We have appreciated all the nice touches, such as delicious coffee, teas, sweets, and wine!
The apartment is centrally located and one can easily walk to all the major attractions (Prado, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, Retiro Park, and many others). There are many good restaurants and at least two grocery stores nearby. Despite being nested on a lively street, Gorete's apartment is quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Amazing Time!
All i can say is that i am truly grateful for everything Gorete and Alicia did during my stay to make me feel at home. The property is very comfortable, and the location is great. You are just a short walk away from the museums, restaurants, and other great attractions. It is definitely the best place to stay.

Madrid - the essentials
We had a lovely time on our first trip to Madrid. Gorete is a very welcoming and accommodating host. She had great recommendations including a private tour of the food and cultural variety that we adored.
The apartment is clean and smartly decorated. We found the bathroom a bit small for our American taste, but it is as advertised. The location was perfect for trips to the Thyssen and Hemmingway's old haunts.
