A fantastic property - close to town , views of the ocean, beautiful gardens and pool. Everything we needed - we will be back!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The home was spotless and we loved our view and the grounds were beautiful. We will return 😊

Nice location, easy check-in process. Nice amenities like pool, jacuzzi and several gas grills in the community areas. The one thing we did miss (our own fault for not reading the ad carefully) was the lack of air-conditioning. There were plenty of ceiling and floor fans to keep it comfortable in January. Great communication and service throughout our stay.

This was second stay here and it was great again.

This spacious, well-appointed, clean, peaceful ground level unit offers a lovely view from the lanai across the grassy barbeque area out to the sea. 9PM to 8AM quiet hours keep the mood calm but friendly. No contact check in is convenient and the property concierge response was quick and helpful. This is a great spot to start and end your adventures or just kick back and enjoy Hawai'i Island time. The location and cleanliness along with the amenities was great. Parking was plentiful.

Well outfitted condo. Perfect size for the two of us and location was decent. Nice grounds and pool. Only wish was that the condo had air conditioning, as it got quite warm.

The unit was easy to find and access. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai and at the pool as both had good ocean views. Their was no air conditioning in the unit and it could get rather warm in the bedroom.

Perfect location, very well manicured condo and grounds! Pool on the oceans edge was perfect and the BBQ area was a nice gathering spot for watching the sunset!

We enjoyed the stay. Loved the unit with views and proximity. The only issue we had was with wifi as it worked one day. Next day, seems password changed.

The property overall was good. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. We were not happy with the unit we stayed in. Because there is no air conditioner, it was uncomfortably warm. When we arrived it was at least 95 degrees in there because the drapes were left open and the afternoon sun was coming in the condo. We could not get it cooled down even with 8 fans running. We couldn't sleep the first night because it was so hot. The bedroom just doesn't get enough air flow. This unit seems to be a bit neglected. The lanai furniture is so rusted that pieces of it kept flaking off onto our clothes and the lanai whenever we used it. The refrigerator had rust on the front. There wasn't a sharp knife in the place and the kitchen scissors wouldn't cut anything. I tried to cut a pineapple, using every knife there was and just made a mess of it because none of them were sharp enough to cut it properly. We were stuck there for 16 days and the bedroom was always uncomfortably warm.
