It was a really nice week. Only issue we had was the garage remote didn't work but the property manager was responsive trying to help reset it. Never ended up being an issue. Did have a lot of construction on the property the week we were there but affected the stay minimally.

We loved the location. The beach was relaxing and was not inundated with people. We were close to everything we needed and had a lot of fun. The only complaint we had was that the beds were not very comfortable, especially the pull-out, and the chairs in the living room were not practical for sitting in to have a movie night togher, etc. Otherwise we loved it.

Host was great at communicating, very polite. Room was spotless. Lenin’s we’re clean there were more than enough for the family. Beach towels. Bed was so comfortable, tv’s in every room including front room. There was also a Xbox for the kids to use in the living room with 4 controllers. Location was everything we expected. The kids had a great time , we were just mile away from all Daytona and Flagler attractions. It was jus an all around great getaway. It will also be a great romantic place for just spouses. This is a must see and definitely on the re-visit list for us …

Property was very nice, well equipped kitchen, beautiful view. Bring a fishing pole, uncrowded beach with lots of fish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area was great. The location to beach we loved it. Stores and food places in walking distance. Will stay again!

We were visiting Ormond Beach for a funeral. Location was great with a beautiful view. We had to contact the hosts for check-in information as it was not delivered upon check-in time. After a few attempts to contact the hosts, we finally reached one of them. She apologized profusely for the information not being in the system. The master bedroom mattress ought to be changed. It was extremely uncomfortable and had major dips which led to poor sleep. The twin mattresses in the second bedroom were more comfortable. Everything else in the condo was great. Check out process was easy. Tall pick-up trucks (over 7’) might have a problem entering the underground garage. No worries, as we just parked in the many spots up top. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beautiful location. Good size. Lacked lighting in living area for reading.

The process was super easy!! Communications with the property owners was always quick and the property was wonderful. It had everything it says and then some. You definitely won't be disappointed!! Great neighborhood that's very close to Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach which we also love!!

Great place and experience with property management.

Direct ocean frontage, 10th floor views, amazing sunrises. We lucked out and had perfect weather with almost nobody else on the beach. Much prefer this town to Daytona or similar places - very laid back. Condo had nice sized bathrooms and rooms in general were a good size. Porch was awesome. Having washer and dryer in the unit were appreciated. Could be updated some but, for the price, you can’t beat it. Would love to own this one.

We enjoyed our stay in this ocean side condo. We found it very clean and in a great location. We were impressed at who quickly the owners got back to us when we had a couple of questions. One negative was that when all the extra charges are added up it increased the overall price significantly. It would be nice if the price listed reflected more closely the actual price. That being said we would happily stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

Wife and I went here for a weekend getaway. View was excellent, the place was clean and quiet, and the view was amazing. Couldn’t really ask for more!

We enjoyed the morning walks on the beach and the nighttime chats on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Enough amenities just like our own home. Excellent communication with our hosts. A little chilly this time of year but a much needed relaxation. Will definitely book again in the future.

The construction of the building and the views are good. The attention to detail, cleanliness and quality of interior furniture and supplies leaves a lot to be desired. Instructions not clear even after texting with the owner/manager. We would not rent this condo again.

Easy to book and good instructions to access properly. Was not sure sheets were fresh on the bed when we arrived. All else very neat, well decorated and clean. Cabinets a little beat up.

Very satisfied with condo, location and especially response from manager when contacted, even if we were just having trouble with the TV. So helpful and quick to contact us. Would happily stay there again!

Excellent experience

So here is the deal. The photos presented online are not the same as what we found upon arrival. The appliances, flooring, bathrooms, etc were consistent and nice. The unit was well stocked and ready for a week at the beach, but the furniture was not. The photo showed a couch and loveseat, and they both appeared to be comfy in the photo. However the furniture in the condo was a couch and 2 chairs. All were horribly uncomfortable. The chairs reminded us of a waiting room and the couch was hard, cold and had a very musty odor, like a stale cigarette smell. There were no rugs in the bathrooms except for a small memory foam outside of the shower. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived. We didn't really notice until my daughter showed us the bottom of her feet were black. We are not hard to please and we are pretty agreeable folks. These things didn't ruin our trip. The view was amazing, the beds were super comfy, we all had a great time. I do think the owners should update their pics to match to be transparent and adding some decent furniture would be a very nice upgrade. We did appreciate the owners being very attentive and responsive.

Great condo, location, and the weather was perfect! Enjoyed the condo! It is outfitted nicely and very comfortable.

We deemed the condo to be a bit run down. For example, the King bed sagged in the middle and my wife and I bunked into each other a few times per night. A rack came apart in my niece’s hand when she removed a bath towel. The owners charged us a damage fee for that and for a broken closet handle that we never closed, both of which we believed should have been chalked up as “wear and tear.” Stay here only if you’re willing to risk the same experience.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. More than enough room to cook and relax with great views East and West. The balcony was a favorite spot as was the beach and pool. The host was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. By far a great experience and we would definitely book again when we return to Ormond.
