Can’t say enough about this property and owners, Art and Sandy!
Art was welcoming and took the time to come over and show us all the features of the home. Sandy made sure that no detail was overlooked. Upon arrival, we had cold water (still and sparkling) in the fridge, snacks for the afternoon and even coffee and breakfast for the morning. Every room had a fluffy set of towels and a hospitality toiletry kit for each person. Very comfy beds too.
The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, and more. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was perfect for our January visit.
The house is walking distance to hiking trails, close to shopping and restaurants.
My two teenage boys and their friends (who are local) were all impressed as well.
Would definitely stay here again!

Art and Sandy really think of everything. The house was perfect and set up beautifully so we could just arrive and enjoy. From personalized welcome baskets to a stocked refrigerator upon arrival everything was taken care of so we could just relax. 100% plan to stay here again!

There were 10 of us celebrating several 50th birthdays.
The house was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. Outside we had our own private oasis. The pool area felt like a spa. Our hosts Art and Sandy, their hospitality was unparalleled. They took the time to show us how to use everything when we checked in and were available to answer questions anytime after. We have been going away together for 20+ years and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. I cant recommend this property more!! You will be delighted!!

Three couples have met in the Phoenix area and stayed at 7-8 different VRBO houses over the last dozen years. The overall experience at Art and Sandy's place was outstanding, maybe the best we've had. The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped with everything we needed and then some! The backyard had so much to offer - great pool and spa (that was easy to operate - not always the case in our past experience), lots of comfortable lounge chairs and pool floats (that were inflated!), different seating areas to spread out in, fun putting green, TV, grill, etc. Maybe the best feature, as others have mentioned, was all the special treats they provided upon move-in - lots of snacks, drinks, breakfast food, which we have never had before. It was so nice that we didn't have to go grocery shopping immediately the day we arrived. The instructions they left about how to get to the house and how everything worked in the house were the clearest and most complete we've seen - it made everything very easy. And they were very accessible (by phone and in person) for any questions we had. We had a great stay and will certainly plan on coming back. Thanks, Art and Sandy.

We stayed here with 11 adults and 1 baby. The house had everything we ever needed. We didn't ever feel crowded and the hosts were really awesome. They made sure we felt at home and were comfortable. They even gave us welcome gifts and had everything we needed for the baby as well. We loved playing volleyball in the pool and when it was quiet time, we enjoyed playing pool, foosball and Pac-Man. I would definitely stay here again!!

Simply put, just an all around amazing property and an absolutely outstanding host. (Coming from someone who travels quite often) From the pre-check in process, to the first day, and through the stay, the host The hosts were truly amazing, going above and beyond in so many ways. It’s so nice to have a host that truly cares so much about providing a positive experience. The home was so meticulous and well sanitized when we walked in. It was hard to let my 3 kids inside as I knew the picture perfect clean house was not going to last. We could tell they spend an immense amount of time preparing this house to make it perfect before we arrived. The air was noticeably clean and “pure” which we later found out they have a UV light air filtration system throughout the house. They have everything you could possibly need at the house from cookware to hiking sticks to camping chairs etc. The house itself is absolutely stunning and pictures do not do it justice. There is so much to do at the house for all ages we literally did not need to leave for the week that we were there. My family had such an amazing time and this experience created so many great memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back!

My family totaled 11 and we were all ages from 1 1/2 to 73 and Art & Sandy made sure the home was prepared for each one of us. The home is a vacation paradise pool, spa, pool table, fuss ball, arcade games my daughter's family and all 5 grandkids had a wonderful experience. Grandma & Grandpa were very pleased!

Art and Sandy are definitely the Premier Hostess with the mostest! I chose the property based on the ratings and the review and it did not disappoint. My siblings and I came down to visit family and had a fantastic stay. All the amenities are awesome and in great working condition. On day one, Art came by and gave us a tour and explained how all the various items in his property work (spa, fireplaces, fire pit, sound system…….).
We made a mistake, Do yourself a favor and stop at the property before you shop. The gift baskets we received were full with a variety of items for breakfast, lunch, snacks and the refrigerator was full as well.
This house is in a beautiful location/ subdivision in Glendale, perfect for hiking the Thunderbird Conservation Park. This was a good challenge for non-seasoned hikers but a beautiful perk.
Thanks for the excellent stay and a wonderful time. FYI, if the Chicago Bears were in the Superbowl we would consider staying here. My MIL wants to come back and I know we will.

What wonderful memories we have after staying at this beautiful home! It had something for everyone and was SO clean and fully stocked. Art and Sandy went overboard to decorate it for Christmas and ALL of the gift baskets!! Thanks SO much to them for making it such a special Christmas for our family.

I have stayed at a quite a few rentals and this by far was the best one. They thought of everything. The kitchen was so well stocked. Art was so accommodating and responded to my inquiries within in minutes and even called to see if there was anything we needed. Care packages for each guest, beverages in the refrigerator and a huge gift basket. Had it decorated for Christmas. It was spotless! I just can’t say enough.

They had 2 huge gift baskets (one with breakfast items and one with all kinds of snacks) waiting for us when we got there. Not only that but there was a welcome kit for each of us, which included toothpaste and brush and other toiletries. So thoughtful! The house wowed all of us, especially the backyard. The pool, hot tub, firepit, and covered patio were all fantastic. We also spent a lot of time on the putting green! The house is super clean and has so much room for everyone. Fantasitic home. The owners provide exceptional amenities and think of everything to make your stay tremendously enjoyable. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. In addition to the amenities in the home, there are hiking trails within walking distance, We had 7 family members in the home and other guests over for dinner - generous tables/seating to accommodate a large family gathering. Where to begin... we were a group of 8 adults enjoying a weekend away... and enjoy we did! The house was immaculate, communication with Art and Sandy was timely and informative, and the gift baskets were over the top! The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates cookware etc as well as spices, coffee, and other supplies that cost so much to buy for such a short time away. it was all greatly appreciated! We have rented many VRBO homes in the past and this by far out weighs our previous experiences! The house was also great location for a day trip to Sedona and to Scottsdale area. Would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again if we are in the area.

The homeowners have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when staying at a VRBO. The attention to detail and customization of our family vacation exceeded all expectations. The house and property were clean, beds were comfy and all the extras were included. We cannot wait to go back!

I have rented 20 plus VRBO. This home was there best ever. The home was spotless, kitchen supplies a A plus and gift baskets from the owners. Art and Sandy are outstanding host!!
