Wonderful Thanksgiving in this beautiful beach home. The ocean views are unbelievable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We hope to come back again.

A group of 4 college roommates and daughters of one of the roommates got together for a surprise birthday celebration for the youngest of the group. The house is ideal for just such an occasion. Plenty of private spaces, plenty of gathering spaces both inside and out and the kitchen is a cooks dream. Easy to navigate and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. A delightful time was had by all.

The hosts were some of the kindest and most responsive we have ever dealt with. Everything was very organized and well thought out. House had plenty of amenities, well stocked kitchen & plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some of the most beautiful ocean views. The paddle board/kayak was a fun touch too! We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and your home is just lovely!

This home was perfect for our 60th. reunion. A group of five Registered Nurses enjoyed this spacious home located on the beach. The elevator was an asset for our age group. This home is so beautiful and reflects the heart and soul of the owners.
We the Sibley Sisters did not want to leave at the end of the week.

Three Gulls was an absolutely perfect accommodation for our golf group! Plenty of room for our group of 9. The beach is great, bonus is there’s beach chairs there to use. Awesome to grill out too! Thanks for sharing your Lucy!

Lovely home, perfect location! Enjoyed ocean and creek adventures and abundant wildlife. Beds could definitely do with replacing, and be warned that listing is inaccurate in terms of bathing - only one tub out of 5 bathrooms, and in the only downstairs bedroom — a concern if traveling with small children.

House is perfect and as described on the listing. House is in good shape and is perfect for multiple families or one family looking for space. Owners had great communication leading up to the visit and assisted with any needs during the visit, as well. Would highly recommend a nice home on Pawley's that is beachfront.

This North End property is an amazing option for gathering a group of friends or family together. Lucy is incredibly accommodating, attentive to the needs of her guests, and responsive to anything that you may need. The property was exactly what we expected. We had more than enough room for 7 adults and one beautiful little toddler. The house will easily fit many more adults. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and friendly. (The next door neighbor took our family picture on the beach!) We walked all of Pawley’s Island and the beach by Three Gulls was clearly the best. Really a perfect spot for a family get together.

Everything about this home is perfect. The home is well appointed with everything you might need for the perfect beach vacation. Bath towels, soaps, kitchen needs, beach chairs and lots of space! Ages 7 to 94 - everyone had a great time in this beautiful home.

Loved the panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, family room, and dining room. The house was sparkly clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

A great layout for the families. The room of beds and the 2 "closet" bedrooms for the kids were an extra plus! Lucy was a gracious hostess and very accommodating…. I highly recommend the home……The fishing pier was used many times.

Our family has rented several houses at PI going back to the 1990's. This house is far and away our MOST favorite. Excellent beach location with dock access on the creek side. That translates into sunrises and sunsets! Easy walk to the north inlet for the kids to play in the tidal pools at low tide. Great outdoor shower, especially for the kids! If you like to cook like we do, you will not find a better stocked and large kitchen in a rental on the island. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all ages and sizes. Lovely porch with plenty of rockers! There are too numerous to count amenities and small details in this property that make your vacation convenient, relaxing and joyful. Our family feels blessed to have found owners willing to share such a magical place. We hope to be able to return for years to come.

The house is exactly as advertised on a great beach on the island which is very private. The beach is right there but the front porch is a great place to watch the ocean. Very close to the best restaurants on the Strand. Owner is very responsive, although we needed nothing from her but to say thank you.

Pawleys is an awesome place…so quiet and remote yet easily accessible to everything, just right across the causeway.
House was WONDERFUL! Well and thoughtfully stocked… felt as though I was going to a friend’s HOME to stay. Sleeping spaces galore!
Funny thing is I live 40 minutes away in Myrtle Beach and I felt as though I was hours away!

We are long-time Pawley's Island visitors and loved staying at Three Gulls! Easy to find and the host was accommodating when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The living space is beautiful and the porch swing is amazing!
