Villa Friuli exceeded my expectations greatly! it is very clean and newly renovated (I suggest it was renovated this winter). all needed furniture, dishes, cutlery are there. Location is perfect: 5 minutes walking to the beach, one of the best restaurants of the area is just across the road. this restaurant has delicious food and good prices, in the evening there is always queue to it. also there is a shop with all necessary products across the street. Each apartment of the villa has its small yard and terrace. also there is a nice park 2 minutes walking. I totally recommend this villa and to be honest do not understand why it’s score on Booking is 7, as considering the price (it is pretty low compared to many other apartments), villa couldn’t be better.

it would be good to provide customers with hygienic & kitchen staff, like toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid… pet is charged extra 40 eur per stay. it would be good to state that price in the description of services.

The location was great. Maybe 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. 2 grocery stores literally across the street. Restaurants literally nearby. Private parking.

The apartment was small and dark. Also the walls, furniture, refrigerator, facilities, etc., all were already really old and not really nice. The TV set was a laugh as it felt it had 5" only. Useless.
