The breakfast was delicious, Karen and Paul were wonderful and approachable, My wife could have sat on the benches outside and fussed their dog all day, the view from the hotel was lovely. We will be booking again next year.
Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, and a nice walk down seafront to Bridlington docks.

Beautifully clean. Host was excellent. Food was very good.
The space in the bathroom was very tight and although the mattresses were comfortable the wooden surround on the twin beds was a little uncomfortable.

Great location nice friendly land lady and very clean . However Edward Couldn’t use over the bath shower tap not a proper shower attached to tap only , he didn’t shower in two days , the bath took ages to fill and used a lot of water
Breakfast set up , having to choose what you wanted the night before as we never know what we want until the morning . Otherwise it was ok
