We had a nice three days. Like many rental properties it shows wear and tear from less considerate guests. We had an issue with the hot tub, it was cloudy and smelled, and they came the next day and resolved so that's a real positive. The kitchen was a little beat up. There were two shelves on the refrigerator door that were broken, I superglued one. The other is beyond repair. The dishwasher was in really bad shape - but you could tell it was probably only a year or two old - bad guests. The soap dispenser was broken and the right side of the upper shelf was broken and when you pulled it out, it would collapse. It took two people to load, one to hold the shelf and the other to load. The dishes were chipped (I mean big chips) and need to be replaced. The other item I noticed was there was no heat going into the first floor bedroom. When checking out I noticed a pipe coming out of the furnace going nowhere, and looked up at the ceiling and saw a pipe coming down not connected. I am no HVAC guy, but suspect that somehow the pipe was broken by a guest and property management isnt even aware. Ok, last of the negatives. Why does the master have a queen? They give you two towels per bathroom and they are smaller and thin. At $1,000 a night (thats what it cost me all in), I think we should get some decent towels and a few more of them, Now the positives, sits up on a hill so a great view. The grill is high end and very nice. Teenagers loved having the lower level with the pool table and hot tub. There were lots of space heaters for the cool spots in the house. Table was big enough to seat 10 - don't try and seat 12. Plenty of square footage and closet space. Would I stay here again which is always the most important question: yes.

Check in was easy, however WiFi is a little weak. The common areas were clean, but the book shelf and other places had endless dust. The beds were comfortable but bring your own sheets. We washed the comforter because it had stains on them and eventually went and brought my own comforter and laundry detergent. The shower liner looked like it wasn’t changed in years and had too much residue on it. I went and brought all new curtain liners for each bathroom . The stove was not too clean upon arrival, but of course we cleaned the whole house before getting comfortable . There was no logs for the fire pit so remember to bring your own or buy some. The view was pretty relaxing . The basement smells like mildew and they did have a humidifier downstairs but it still had a lingering smell. There was not enough pooo sticks as well so we did not play. If these few things are done for each renter this place would be nothing but love. The checkout phone number does not work so had to call the main number. Did not look at TV so I do not know if the cable worked. They do have a usb for a fire stick if you would like to bring one but remember i stated the WiFi is a little weak. We also brought our own towels ans wash clothes as well .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had so much fun. We play games, went horse back riding and bowling. The only problem some of the bedding wasn't clean it had a smell to them and also some stains. We could not find the community trash bin they were talking about, because we had 12 people in the house we had a lot of trash but nowhere to put it after while because we filled the the trash can they gave us up. But over all we will be back next year for sure but we need a bigger house for more people!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Rugs downstairs are a major tripping hazard. Other than that we had no complaints.
