Out host and her property were the best!! She took me to the grocery store and showed me around the property and island. Hoping to return for another good time!!

This was a very special girls trip for my BFF of 33+ yr. and myself. We were looking for something clean, private, quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen & near the ocean. We found that & MORE. I had alot of questions about the Beachy Bungalow, so, I sent several messages leading up to our stay to Marilyn. I was shocked how quickly she responded, each & every time, answering all my questions. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised how nice this really was. From the clean HOT tub, tons of towels, linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, klennex, even a small container with band-aid's. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfy with memory foam, TV's in both BR's & a big screen TV in the LR. There's a wagon w/big wheels for pulling through the sand at the beach, along with beach chairs & umbrella. The beach was literally two houses down and across the street with a boardwalk going down to the sand. It was like having a private beach, there may have been 10 people that we saw total, over a 4 hour visit. Marilyn checked on us EVERYDAY to see if we needed anything. We had rented a car, so, we had transportation, but, before she even knew that, she offered to take us to the store if we needed anything. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. BUT, if you are looking for something nice, clean, well stocked, and a people pleaser, something quaint with ALOT of character, you have DEFINITELY found it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & we will be back.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as last year! The location is perfect for beach access, which isn’t crowded at all at that part of the beach. Still walkable to shops and restaurants too. We’ll be back next year!

Marlyn was awesome. She went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. Brought cookies and donuts for the kids. Marlyn let us take mangos home that feel from the tree. The place was three houses down across the street from the beach entry. We defiantly come back. You're the best Marlyn and an excellent hostess.

This property and location were perfect for our low-key beach vacation. We were super close to the beach and even walked to dinner a few times. Marilyn was great and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

It was perfect for our short trip, everything we needed was provided which was fantastic for the beach! It was quiet, clean, well stocked on many things needed, close to the main area and close to the trolly stops, and soooo close to the beach!

Host was super sweet. Great location for the beach. The house was not the cleanest and the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking meals or snacks in. Some minor updates for both the outside area and inside would make a huge difference. It did come with some beach supplies. The privacy and parking in a garage was right on the money.

The beachy bungalow was perfect for my family! Marilyn was so sweet and very helpful. The location was great. Easy access to the beaches which were way better than the crowded beach around the pier. Very clean and the hot tub was great. She even left us a cart to take to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, and toys for my kids to take as well.

We absolutely loved it! So close to a beautiful beach, it is exactly as described - honestly, I think it is much roomier in person. Very well supplied and the kindest host I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Thanks for sharing your lovely beach with us and thanks for the yummy breakfast treat!

The Casa Bonita provided my best friend and I a fabulous stay. Marilyn the owner makes herself available to help when she can. She is a darling person who gave us a tour of the place and made sure we have her contact information. While the pretty cottage is behind the owner's home it is extremely private and quiet. It is a very serene setting that is surrounded by lovely vegetation. The hot tub was a great way to relax and perfect after a day at the beach. Marilyn texted us to see if we were around and then popped in with two new beach chairs for us to use. Super vacation we hope to be back next year. Thanks for the hospitality Marilyn.

We loved this bungalow. It was clean, comfortable, great location, literally a 2-minute walk to the beach, walkable distance to restaurants and bars. Marilyn is a wonderful host, she greeted us at the door and offered us waters, gave us a tour and is there for you for anything you need at all!!! We got in the hot tub every night...it truly is a wonderful place if you are visiting Clearwater!

We love staying at this property. The host is wonderful and the area is steps from the beach in a quiet residential area. Still accessible to restaurants and Pier60 by walking, trolley or car. Pure bliss. We are booked for next year!

Marilyn was amazing and so accommodating! The location can’t be beat!

Marilyn, the property manager helped to make sure we had a fabulous vacation in Clearwater. From the moment we booked, any inquiry I had, Marilyn answered promptly & completely. Once we landed, I messaged Marilyn through the app & she offered to take us to the Publix for food shopping. It just happened that it was easier for us to add a stop to our Uber ride, but it was so kind of her to ask. Marilyn allowed us to leave our luggage at the bungalow so that we could go & enjoy our first day as we had arrived super early (plane landed by 10:15am). We went & had lunch & explored Clearwater & I had given Marilyn my phone number & she called to let me know the bungalow should be cleaned & ready for us soon & she would let us know when it was. As promised, Marilyn notified us & the place was ready before check-in time which was super convenient as it allowed us to get settled in & ready for dinner. The bungalow served our purpose well. It was so nice for my friend & I to each have our own bedroom & bathroom! The beds were so comfortable too! I meant to ask Marilyn what brand & type they were… they were so great. I had bought Keurig cups at the store & saw a traditional coffeepot in our kitchen. Marilyn quickly traded that pot out for a Keurig machine for me! Talk about convenient beach access, you just walk down past 3 homes & you are there. The hot tub was wonderful & I loved it! Thank you so much Marilyn! We had a great time!

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here for a quick spring break getaway, we enjoyed it so much. Located on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood right across from the beach. We were able to walk everywhere around North Beach. Marilyn was absolutely wonderful to work with, and personally I think the pictures make the place look smaller than it is, we found it spacious. The hot tub was wonderful after walking today.thank you for some wonderful memories!

This was a nice cozy little spot! 5 minute walk to down town Clearwater, beach is literally across the street and you are located in million dollar home area! Perfect spot! The check in time is 4 pm and we drove overnight and asked if she could accommodate us when we arrived in the early morning hours and Ms Marilyn made it happen! She is the best host you could ask for! The people we traveled with even left something and without hesitation Ms Marilyn sent it free to him in the mail! I absolutely will be booking again and again!❤❤❤ We love this spot and the host!❤❤ps she also had garage parking for our vehicle! It was great!

This bungalow was very close to the beach and perfect for our morning walks. It is also within walking distance (about a mile) to the pier, shopping, eating, drinking, which was amazing. So many places to try!! We would get up and walk to Starbucks, then to the pier, then back home. Marilyn was extremely nice and was there each day, if we needed her. We would say our morning hellos each time we got back from a walk. The bungalow is located in the backyard of the property. You may park your car in the garage, then walk aside the house, through the gate, to get to your rental. There is a hot tub available. The washer and dryer are located in a separate room, out the door (of master bedroom). There's a motion sensor inside the master bedroom, that would shine the light outdoors, anytime I would get up and use the bathroom. This was an inconvenience for someone who has trouble sleeping. To get to the master bedroom, you have to walk through the second bedroom. There is a nice living room, small kitchen, and dining room table. We were able to cook most of our meals at the rental.

We had such an awesome vacation at this property. Beautiful neighborhood and such a short walk to the beach! Marilyn is such a sweet and wonderful hostess that went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and comfortable.
