Charming and cute little home in a GREAT LOCATION - very close to Pearl, St. Mary's St. restaurants and bars, and the venue at Sam's Burger Joint (highly recommended BTW)! Very clean with modern appliances. Nice sitting area on the deck in back. Bet it's even nicer in the warmer months when the trees have leaves! Will definitely be back at another time of year!

The property was PERFECT for our family of 6 for a pre-Christmas getaway. The location is exactly what we were wanting, we walked to the Pearl district for shopping and dinner. We walked down the River Walk to downtown - great walk. The property had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable! Would stay there again!

The house was exactly as described for our multigenerational family vacation. We walked to the Pearl daily and along the Riverwalk. We were a close drive to downtown and shopping. Great location and home!

HIGHLY recommend this fabulous house! My multi-generational family stayed for two nights and we absolutely loved it! The house is beautifully decorated, so clean and is a 3 minute walk to the Pearl District. The owners were amazing and checked in throughout our visit to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were SO comfy (might want to bring blow up mattress for the futon for some added comfort) and bathrooms sparkling clean and newly remolded. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. I definitely plan to go back to this house for a girls trip in the future!

What a lovely home this was. The location was great and so close to attractions we wanted to see. It was easy to get on and off the highway so we could get to Lackland quickly. We visited for a basic training graduation. We felt right at home. Would stay here again. The home is gated so we felt very secure.

This house is perfection! The location is just great… a very short walk to the always fun Pearl District making tasty restaurants, shopping and plenty of festive family fun almost right outside your door. It’s obvious the owners truly care about welcoming guests as the house is newly remodeled, very clean / fresh, beautiful decorated, and extremely comfortable. It’s stocked with plenty of daily necessities… toilet paper, paper towels , coffee etc. Communication with the owner was clear, fast and very friendly. Check-in and out was a breeze and we felt right at home. Also, parking is great in the driveway behind a locked gate. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard but it looks like fun with a hot tub and grill. We will absolutely be back!

I stayed by myself in this property which was overkill, but it would be perfect for a family vacation together in San Antonio. Conveniently located in the heart of Tobin Hill and walking distance to the Pearl. The home was very clean and comfy, had pretty much everything you would need to make for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this lovely home near the Pearl. Everything is exactly as you see it online. So comfortable and clean. Security gate gives it that added touch of feeling protected. It’s an easy walk to all the restaurants at the Pearl and the owners even have a blackboard posted with recommendations for where to go for anything you may want. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Close to everything we needed and the house felt like a home. Will def stay here again...maybe in not as hot month next time.

The house is well maintained and the location is truly walking distance from The Pearl (Hotel Emma side)…about two blocks away. It is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The owner was very pleasant and quickly answered all our questions. We will definitely book again!

The absolute cutest house, we truly enjoyed our time at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed felt like home away from home immediately after opening the door. We plan to stay here again in any of our future trips to San Antonio! The owner was great at communicating with us and the check in and check out process was very easy.

Great access to the Pearl and the Riverwalk. We walked all over San Antonio from this location. From Brackenridge Park to downtown. The house has plenty of room, is nicely renovated. The neighborhood is quiet.

This house was so cute. All the furnishings and decor were stunning. It’s a quick walk to Pearl Brewery or slight longer walk/short drive to Riverwalk. I love staying here and getting to use the hot tub!

The house is very cute, nicely furnished and decorated, as well as very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are all up to date and sparkling. Location couldn’t be better, less than a 10 minute walk to the Pearl area and even closer to the start of the River Walk.

We arrived at the property for a weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday at six flags on the Saturday. The home was in quite a run down area which I didn’t expect but the property itself was very clean and nicely decorated. We had no issues other than we feel there were too many rules which made us a little uneasy and not as comfortable as we’d like. When your away on away from home, you want to feel relaxed but we were worrying incase one of the teens toon a drink to the bedroom or dropped crumbs anywhere etc. we are very clean people ourselves but to ask us to put towels in washer and start a wash , and only use certain trash cans and only out trash in brown cart etc which we did not find in the morning we were leaving. Apart from that, it was ok. Slept comfortably abd a base for somewhere to sleep and shower.

The house was in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a great adder. I liked the secure property (gated with code for entry) and that all the TVs had Netflix ready to go. Managers were very responsive if anything was needed. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was as pictured. It was clean and well equipped. The home was nice and warm when we arrived, which we appreciated because it was cold out. The owners were easy to get a hold of and communicated very well. We LOVED the whiteboard with the restaurant recommendations. The hot tub was clean and we really enjoyed it. This home would be great for a family or couples. We stayed here because our son is at Fort Sam Houston and it was a convenient 12 minute drive. The house is close to many great restaurants. We would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here for 3 nights. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Appreciated the fenced in yard and backyard amenities especially the activities for kids outside.

We booked this house for our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 teenagers visited us from Chicago the week after Christmas. The house was charming, very well appointed and very convenient to wonderful dining, shops and museums. The outdoor space has plenty of seating for dining and the basketball goal saw lots of activity. The hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely book this house again would recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed this home so much!! We walked to the Pearl very quickly, we ran and walked on the Riverwalk and trail, and soaked in the hot tub, played basketball and enjoyed time together in the big beautiful kitchen and in the yard! So fun, very grateful for our time there!

Six of us, including a 3 year old enjoyed a 2 day visit. We were able to walk to good restaurants at the Pearl. The accommodations were nice. We spent most of our time out enjoying the children’s museum, etc. I will return . Nichellie, the host, is lovely and came by with a new Keurig when the supplied one malfunctioned.

I’m always very picky about selecting a place to stay and this place didn’t disappoint me at all. Literally, everything was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub!! It was nice to walk everywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Don’t look any further just book this place : )

We walked to the Pearl multiple times from the house. We enjoyed the spacious, well appointed kitchen and the hosts could not have been more hospitable or communicative. Would stay here again if available on a future visit.

Home was very nice and Nichellie did well with calling us with any issues. I only gave the location a 4 star because there isn't a grocery store anywhere around for miles.

My family and parents came down for my son's graduation from basic training. This house was perfect. Very close (walking distance) to Pearl/river walk area. 10-15 mins from the airport and 15-20 from Lackland Air Force Base. The house is clean and updated. Owners welcomed us and we're very responsive and offered suggestions. We really enjoyed the backyard for our family BBQ and visit with our Airman. Plenty of space for everyone inside and outside.
