Waterfront Cottage w/ Firepit, Boathouse, Canoes & Game Room
Questo cottage Executive è composto da un grande cottage principale e una rimessa per 2 camere da letto. (LA CASA IN BARCA SI CHIUDE DAL 1 DICEMBRE AL 1º MAGGIO) (LE TARIFFE SONO REGOLATE PER I MESI INVERNALI E LA CHIUSURA DEL BOATHOUSE) Il cottage principale ha 3 livelli e un seminterrato con uscita. Un grande mazzo fuori dal salotto che ha posti a sedere (9) per mangiare all'aperto. Ospita comodamente 12 persone. C'è un letto king size, due letti queen size un set di letti a castello con un doppio fondo e un letto singolo, un letto singolo con un letto a rotelle e un divano letto nel seminterrato. Ha 3 bagni. Il concetto aperto soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo è perfettamente progettato per intrattenere con un grande divano con divanetto, un caminetto decorativo, un bar asciutto e un televisore a schermo piatto con TV via cavo e Wi-Fi. La cucina del cottage principale, rinnovata di recente, è dotata di frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero per bevande e lavastoviglie. Inoltre, vi è una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Vi è una zona pranzo separata con un buon tavolo di raccolta dimensioni, 6 posti a sedere e ci sono sgabelli al bancone della cucina. La camera da letto principale si trova al secondo livello del cottage principale con il proprio bagno privato. Il bagno è un 3 pezzo con cabina doccia. Le porte del patio si aprono dall'interno della camera da letto principale a un grande involucro attorno al ponte. Al livello superiore del cottage principale, c'è un grande bagno con doppio lavabo, un grande stand up doccia e una vasca da bagno con una vista spettacolare sul lago. Nel livello inferiore del cottage principale, c'è una sala ricreativa molto ben attrezzata con 4 poltrone reclinabili, un grande televisore a schermo piatto da 46 pollici con videoregistratore, lettore DVD e TV via cavo, un camino a propano e un tavolo da biliardo per il vostro divertimento. Wifi è disponibile per la casa principale e casa barca. I proprietari responsabili degli animali domestici accolgono e fumano fuori, per favore.
La splendida darsena si trova direttamente su Sturgeon Lake, un edificio a due piani separato. La camera da letto principale soppalco ha un letto matrimoniale, tirare fuori il letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e una vista spettacolare sul lago. Nuovissima cucina completa con frigorifero in acciaio inox, piano cottura, forno con scalda salviette Jenn-air, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e frullatore. Il concetto aperto granito e cucina in ardesia sfocia nella grande sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 4 con posti a sedere supplementari per 4 al bar per la colazione. L'ampia zona giorno è molto accogliente con TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici, un comodo divano e finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che offrono molta luce naturale e vista sull'acqua. La seconda camera da letto si trova al livello principale con un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo armadio. Il bagno al piano principale è dotato di vasca da bagno, doccia e lavandino con piedistallo.
L'esterno ha diversi ponti, sovrastanti lo Sturgeon Lake. È una breve corsa in barca per le cascate di Fenelon, che si trova sul Trent Severn Water System, una via fluviale interna che va dal lago Ontario alla baia Georgiana e oltre. Le forniture sono prontamente disponibili a Fenelon Falls dove c'è un grande negozio di alimentari (Sobeys), negozi caratteristici, negozi di liquori e birrerie, ristoranti, porti turistici, stazioni di servizio e molto altro ancora. Inoltre, c'è un centro di assistenza sanitaria a Fenelon e un ospedale entro 20 miglia.

Warren and the team he works with are really great to communicate with - they went over and above to ensure my family had a great time at this cottage. The 2 properties is so lovely having the main cottage with the boat house with extra living space - it perfectly suited our group and we can’t wait to book the next trip up! Thanks again for everything.

Staying at the waterfront cottage was a dream come true. The location was ideal, with easy access to the lake and breathtaking views. The property works well to host multiple families with having a separate boathouse with its kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The cottage was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was attentive and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return to this peaceful retreat.

Lovely stay - the area is beautiful, space in both cottages is so spacious. There are lots of stairs that I wouldn’t recommend for young ones. Warren was great to communicate with.

We went as a family to this property for an anniversary. The place itself was beautiful and clean. When we got there, the driveway wasn't shoveled so i had to shovel it myself.
Since we were there as a family for our anniversary, we were generally having a good time. We were hanging out inside the property until late and playing poker while listening to some music. I had gone outside the prperty to ensure that no noise was travelling outside as we were aware that the property was very close to others in the area and didn't want to be a disturbance to anyone around. That night i received a call from the owner of the property that the decibel levels ( yes, he had a monitor to measure the decibal levels INSIDE the house ) and exceeded the 75 limit that he had set and had done so for a couple of hours. I informed him that i went outside and no noise was traveling outside the house. The next day we saw the neighbours outside and they generally asked how we liked the place and if were enjoying our stay. They made no mention of any noise reaching them. The owner called me the next day to ask why we were "partying" until late. I told him that it was a family party and we were not being excessively noisy and that i had made sure to walk outside to check that we weren't bothering anyone. I told him that we aren't teens throwing a crazy party and trashing his place. He asked why we had an RV parked outside. I thought that it was an odd question..why would it matter if we travelled in an RV. Anyways long story short, he was a stickler about noise levels inside the house and mentioned a by-law of the city that doesn't permit noise levels above 75db. I informed him that the by-law applies to noise travelling outside the house and not in the house. Just for a reference, he had sent me a graph of our noise levels inside the house. When i looked at that graph, it was showing that at 11pm the following day when half the people weren't even in the house and we were just having lunch, the noise levels where crossing the 75db level. So with no music and just 5 of us there having lunch, we were apparently still breaking the 75db level he had set. I guess he doesn't expect his guests to talk at his property at all.
All in all, a great weekend was made not so great by the owners constant petulence about the noise levels.
Even though the property is listed to accomodate 10+ people, i would seriously only consider this property for a small group.
