Avete mai sognato di avere una casa ai margini della terra che quasi tocca il mare? Questa casa è forse la località più vicina l'Oceano Pacifico a Cannon Beach! La cucina dispone di mobili in legno caldo, elettrodomestici di fascia alta che confina con un'isola attraente con 4 sgabelli da bar in pelle, oltre a un lungo tavolo da caffè con panca imbottita per un massimo di 8 persone. Troverai un bancone / bar con un mini frigorifero incorporato di fronte a una dispensa considerevole. Una breve sala conduce a un bagno completo diviso con una toilette chiusa, un lavandino e vanità e una doccia e vasca con gradino frontale in vetro. Dall'altra parte della sala è una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, l'arte occidentale originale e grande finestra esposta a nord. Il camino offerte pavimento principale del gas e spazio di vita con 3 posti a sedere. Al piano superiore sono 3 camere da letto, due con letti matrimoniali e una con due letti a castello (letto a castello inferiore su uno è un letto matrimoniale). Il bagno completo dispone di 2 lavandini, doccia e vasca, e servizi igienici chiusi. Al piano inferiore è una grande sala con letti aggiuntivi e un terzo bagno. Un grande ponte si affaccia sull'oceano.
Ottimi panorami: la nostra casa è proprio sull'oceano. Che ci sia sole, tempesta, caldo o freddo, adorerai questa posizione in qualunque periodo dell'anno! Oltre a tutti i servizi di Cannon Beach - (!) Fine e pranzo informale, brewpubs locali, enoteche, gallerie d'arte, negozi di caffè, di Bruce Candy Kitchen, anche un negozio di ferramenta che serve birra - è possibile giocare a tennis o provare i tuoi trucco si muove alla skatepark.

A absolutely loved our stay. House was very well equipped to host a large family with lots of kiddos. Especially loved the commercial size w/d that helped keep up with beach towels and clothes. Can’t beat the location (on a quiet street), the views, even the permanent neighbors next door were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Sip n Surf is a wonderful spot right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked, the front yard and picnic table is great for a crowd, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the sitting area is to die for.

Our family of 9 just spent 5 days 4 nights at this house and it couldn't have been more perfect! It is furnished with just about anything and everything you can think of....and somethings you wouldn't! The main floor bedroom is perfect for people who prefer not to use stairs. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and bright with amazing views of the beach and Haystack Rock. The basement is set up as a family room and has another bed plus 2 couches and was perfect for the teenage boys to do their own thing.
The location couldn't be better! The stairs with beach access are right by the deck with Haystack Rock being 1/4 mile away. The views are absolutely breathtaking, we even saw a pod of orcas swim by one day! There is a market about a mile away or Safeway in Seaside for groceries.
Casey was amazing to work with. I had to contact her a couple of times and she was got right back to me and got us taken care of very quickly.
We definitely hope to return next year!

The views at this property are really spectacular- I’ve been coming to Cannon Beach my whole life and this was easily the best time and best views I’ve ever had here! The house has everything you need and probably the stuff you forgot, especially if you like to cook. It’s really clean, stocked with tons of nice towels and extra bedding and multiple hairdryers and beach towels and good games and comfy seats all over- it’s really such a great spot!

Our visit was top notch! Communication with the home manager, location, amenities…we loved everything about the property! Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our family reunion. We had four couples and one single but room for 3-4 more family members who couldn’t make it. Very spacious with three levels and a bathroom on each. We spent time out on the front deck and playing games in four indoor locations. The kitchen was a good size and had all the things our two gourmet cooks needed. We highly recommend this home!

Spectacular Beachfront Home
This home was fantastic for our multigenerational group because it had wonderful backyard space that led straight to the beach. Our family and friends have been staying at Cannon Beach every summer for over 50 years, and this location allowed those 80+ to enjoy the wonderful views from the living room and also make it to Haystack on the beach with some assistance. The seating arrangement in the living room was nice for conversation and views, and the openness of the kitchen was good too. It was well-equipped with all the appliances and supplies for cooking any meal. The bedroom and bathroom layout were great for our group as well. Having 1 bedroom on the 1st floor was super helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful place to sip on your coffee and watch the ocean in the morning.. Beach access is steps from you door. Watching the surf under the full moon was so relaxing. Didn't want to leave :)

This is an amazing home in tip top condition and all you could ask for. Public steps to the beach right next to property. Full view of Haystack Rock and the surf from inside and on the outside deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's clean and comfortable, with great views out over the beach and Haystack Rock. The bathrooms were spacious and well laid out. Other wonderful features (often lacking in rentals) include great water pressure in the shower and sharp knives in the kitchen. (As others have mentioned, this kitchen has *every* tool you might need.) I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing emergency "go bags" in all the bedrooms in case of tsunami/evacuation. Bonus features during our stay included daily visits in the front yard from the wild rabbits and one magical sunset visit from an entire herd of elk. They loved eating the rose hedge across the street! Truly a magical moment in an already wonderful vacation!
If I could change one thing in this house, it would be the kitchen table set up. The built-in bench seating was a bit uncomfortable.

We Absolutely Loved the setting and location of this home. Such an Amazing Convenience of being Sooo close to the beach (low tide exploration around haystack rock, body boarding, sandcastles and evening firepits on the beach all within a touch of your fingertips. We Truly made a lifetime of memories!
