This is a well-placed location. It is walking distance to the Coast and beautiful Heisler Park, as well as a suppermarket, galleries and a wine bar. It is well maintained, supplied and spotlessly clean. Additionally your Hosts are quite responsive.
Laguna is a lovely spot and this is a good place to be as you enjoy the town and the Pacifc Coast.

This property has just about everything you need for a great vacation and it’s close to everything. Once we arrived, we never used the car again. Walk across the street for a sunset BBQ at Heisler park. Walk down the hill to downtown dining and shopping. Take a free trolly to everything else. Set back from PCH with no noise. We’ll be back next year.

The best part of the house was the patio and common area. It’s a great space for a girls trip. The kitchen had all of the amenities. Location is perfect to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

This is an excellent property. It is well located in an area that is very walkable. In ten to fifteen minutes you can walk to one of the nicest beaches in Laguna. There is also a large supermarket and several restaurants in walking distance. The outdoor space was great. We ate on the deck every night. The property owner was also very accessible when we had a problem with the air conditioning. It was fixed very quickly. I would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful beach house in Laguna Beach
This property is as advertised, just a short walk to a wonderful beach. My son counted the steps and concurs with “300.” The house was perfect for me and my teen son. Wave board and beach chairs we could use, and a nice outdoor shower. Nice, fully equipped kitchen and pantry and a short walk to Pavilions (grocer) so it was easy to stock the fridge. Everything we needed was stocked in the bathroom, which was bright and clean. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and watching ball games while at home. Air conditioning worked very well, but of course with the Pacific Ocean across the street it isn’t necessary much of the time. We spent two weeks at “our” beach house for a change of location, working from home, eating at the excellent restaurants nearby, taking surfing lessons, etc. made it to an Angel’s game (short drive to Anaheim), Disney, LA and even took a day trip to San Diego to USS Midway. The house is also directly in front of what I called gallery row, plenty of excellent artists showing their work there. Very conveniently located. Parking will easily accommodate a large SUV. We walked or Ubered when going out locally. The neighborhood is chill and we will return!

If you are looking for a place to stay that will allow you easy access to the beaches and to the center of the town, this is a great option. It is a cute little two bedroom with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen.

If you are looking for a place to stay that will allow you easy access to the beaches and to the center of the town, this is a great option. It is a cute little two bedroom with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen.

Cute cottage near the beach and village
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and there's a grocery store just around the corner, so getting food was easy. The park and beach are just a couple blocks away, and you can walk to downtown, about 1/2 mile, in 10 minutes. We had a car for day-tripping (i.e., Ballast Point Brewing), but you wouldn't need a car if you just want the Laguna Beach experience. The only downside is that the back yard is right above Highway 1, so there is traffic noise on the deck. However, inside the house is nice and quiet and we slept well. Property is valuable in Laguna, and the houses and apartments are practically butted up to each other, but we had no noise from neighbors. This cottage is perfect for couple or a small family.
Restaurants near by: we had great meals at Asada, Number 3, Laguna Beach Beer Co., and Reunion Kitchen & Drink (make reservations). We also hiked many of the trails in the hills east of town.

A great stay!
This property is located very close to the beach and within walking distance of anything you would like to do in Laguna Beach. I have stayed at this property 5 times and intend to go back in the future. On this particular trip, the house served as a base for day trips to San Diego and LA. Owners are quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Our Family
Beautiful home just steps from the beach. Plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor space is amazing! Fully stocked with everything we needed. This was great for our family of four!

The Place that has EVERYTHING!
What a great property! Great for a family of 4. 1 bedroom for parents with Queen bed and 1 bedroom for kids/others with 2 twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with essentials so no need to bring a lot of stuff or go shopping right away. Tina was very flexible with check-in and check-out and responded to questions immediately. BEAUTIFUL deck with beach chairs to take to the beach. Cross the street, down the hill, and you are on the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a great stay. The house is totally updated and well equipped. The location can't be beat, two blocks to the beach. The best part of the home is the enormous outdoor deck and patio. It's within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely return!

Wonderful property
I have stayed in this house before and was glad to be able to go back. It is very clean , updated, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. If you love having an outdoor space ( I do!), this is a perfect house. Nice combination of sun and shade and plenty of room to move around on the decks. The photos and house description are accurate-- the short stroll to the beach , to town , and to the gorgeous views of Heisler Park make it a great location. Tina and Navid are quick to respond to questions ( we had only minor ones) and are very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with gorgeous back deck and amazing location!
We loved our stay at the Oasis House! It was a beautiful and clean home with all the hotel amenities. The walk to shops and the beach was incredible - everything was so close - grocery store, pizza, coffee. The host was always available via text message and even let us stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. The deck was amazing to relax on and the views were spectacular. We felt safe and comfortable! Very happy and will definitely stay at this property in the future.
