About the bathroom - a little dirty and slippery floor. On the first day we couldn’t shower because the water was very cold due to “Hot” water didn’t function.

Kalau boleh adakan beberapa jenis kuih muih tempatan or kek Lokasi, memuaskan.

Some staff was well behaved like Ms. Mimi and another male person, I forgot his name who suggested me to visit some places, sorry!

The room size was very small for 3 persons. Toothbrush and pest was not provided Slippers were not provided. Only one Pellow was provided for each person. They demanded 10 ringgit for extra pellow. No facial tissue was provided. Hand push shower was not okay in the toilet. Less items were in the breakfast.

The morning breakfast was a let down. The nasi lemak especially the sambal tastes salty and the nasi (rice) is half cooked. Not much choice given on that day.

Super nice staff. The hotel is fairly clean but lots of mosquitoes roam around.

The rates are higher than before (I stayed in the same hotel previously) and it seems the new management is cutting corners. The tourist shop that used to be in the lobby is closed. The breakfast is local with no options for international tourists

Friendly staff, very affordable price & it come together with breakfast, staff come to ask if we would like to make up our bed o clean up our room & offer for water n coffee everyday even though we didn't order for room service..

The safe box can't be used because it looked very noisy for 24 hours. On the third day suddenly there was no water supply without being informed (9pm+). No table supply and one unit chair broken. Bed light not working. Sometimes one unit lift is not working.

The receptionist is kind and patient，Eagle square is not far and you can walk to the MAHA Tower by ten minutes.

There is the hair residue on the water outlet，the cloth hanger is few only have two.

Wi-Fi don’t have at all at night time. Day time it’s very slow. They don’t provide dental Kit & slippers .

Everything was perfect room and the stuff was so helpful, specifically the new joini in the reception she was so kind and helpful ( i don't know her name)

The only thing i can say need to be better is the chooses in the breakfast Not much but you will find something good no issues still
