Ubicato in Flagstaff, questo affascinante casa a 301 € per notte è un fantastico opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Il Grand Canyon Riverhouse è situato appena fuori dal centro di Flagstaff in un quartiere rurale a 7 minuti di auto dal centro. C'è un sentiero dal quartiere che collega tutti i vicini all'Arizona Trail Wilderness dove prosperano profondi canyon e fauna selvatica. Molte volte all'anno Elk si aggira per il quartiere. Lo sci di fondo che scia sul retro del quartiere e lungo l'AZ Trail è incredibile. Di conseguenza la mountain bike è di classe mondiale :)
Anche in pochi minuti è il lago Mary tra gli altri laghi dove si può pescare, vedere animali selvatici come Elk, Bald Eagles, Osprey e Blue Herons. Alcuni degli altri laghi nelle vicinanze sono Ashurst, Mormon Lake, Kinnikinnic e Blue Ridge Reservoir. Noleggiamo canoe, ci sediamo sui migliori kayak e alziamo paddle board se desideri trascorrere una giornata su uno dei laghi di montagna.
L'AZ Trail collega anche con il centro della città :), per ottimi ristoranti e divertimenti. Consigliamo vivamente di visitare il Museo dell'AZ del Nord, lo sci con le motoslitte dell'AZ, il Walnut Canyon, il Sunset Crater, il Wupatki National Monument, Sedona e naturalmente il Grand Canyon!

Non si trova sul campo da golf, il cortile sopravvive poiché il tempo è molto simile al resto del quartiere. C'è WIFI e TV con DVD e giochi per incoraggiare l'interazione. Il Riverhouse è diverso da un resort a 5 stelle costoso. Non esiste una porcellana fine, solo i normali scavi della casa della nonna. Se il tuo gruppo è alla ricerca di alloggi di fascia alta, non è così. Guarda il video, solo una grande casa normale ad un ottimo prezzo.

Great place if you are looking for a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. No surprises. One of many times we have rented this house.

My family stayed here for my daughters graduation from NAU. Everyone had a bed to sleep on and we were all pretty comfortable. It was a little warm upstairs at night, but there were ceiling fans in every room which helped a lot. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we needed help with the TV and needed more toilet paper. The house was just as described, "not a 5 star resort. just the normal digs of grandma's house." If you're not used to the dark sky's of Flagstaff, it can feel scary at night, but otherwise the location was perfect. We were able to avoid the traffic of the busy weekend and it was 15min or less to get anywhere in Flagstaff.

We had a wonderful time due to the way the owners of this property accommodated us and were there to help out during our stay. Brady cleared the snow from the driveway and streets to ensure our ability to get into and out of the area every day. He offered suggestions on what to do as alternatives to our plans because of the weather and went over and beyond by helping us out when one of our vehicles had a flat tire.
Our family enjoyed the time we spent there very much.

Our family had a great time together at this cabin. The manager was very responsive and helped plow us out during a snowstorm so we could get home on time and back to work.

The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. A used diaper was left behind by a previous tenant. The bathrooms were clean to about a 7 out of 10. One of the 3 water heaters wasn’t working so one bathroom had lukewarm water, there wasn’t enough places to put the trash from a large family so I had to take it home with me and put it in my dumpster at work. Other than that it was a good experience I have to say that for the price it really was worth it, it was pretty inexpensive and my entire family had a great time just a couple of overlooked items on the owners side like trash bags and some extra cleaning supplies would have been nice so we could have left it better than we found it.

We had planned a special Thanksgiving time with our family and were excited to be together and enjoy Flagstaff and Williams and the Festivities there. So we want to tell you to please be aware of the filthy rugs, broken blinds, bathroom storage doors not attached just put there to fall at any given moment. BUT the worst was that one guest saw a mouse scurrying around while we were sleeping the one and only night we stayed. Then trying to prepare a meal brought sightings of mice droppings under the sink, in cabinets and in drawers. We found droppings in the hot pad drawer- ENOUGH. Finding another place for our large family was not easy and very time consuming, BUT necessary to try to keep our children healthy. We were quite concerned as our children were running around, playing and playing prior to our discovering the mice feces. NOW that you have read this, please stop and research what diseases mice droppings can cause. This is a premier property on VRBO with great ratings - HOW??? Please VRBO, make it safe and a healthy environment for those who stay. The owner did refund most of our money, but kept the cleaning fee (LOL) and the TAX paid on the money she refunded - which she should not need as she did not get the monies. BE AWARE! GO ELSEWHERE!! ANYWHERE!

As a group we’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times. It’s always been a great spot for a larger group, lots of rooms & beds. Close to town and also the lake. I highly recommend it, and we will be back!

Affordable Rental House for Large Family!
The Riverhouse met all our basic needs for our family of nine. As stated in the description this is a basic house that does not have high end/fancy appliances and furniture but our family wasn't looking for that. We wanted a nice, affordable, cozy home that would accommodate our large family and the Riverhouse did just that. The Riverhouse was in a great location, with easy access to dining and outdoor activities. We rented the house during our trip Grand Canyon and Sedona, which were only a short drive away, and were completely satisfied. The owner was really friendly, accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

This property served our needs perfectly! It is spacious, with many beds and bathrooms. Plus, it's a short drive to where we went snow tubing. We'll be back for sure.

This place to was great for our family of 9! The pictures don’t on the listing don’t do the house justice. It was very nice. We loved that there was the forest at the end of the road and went sledding. Perfect house for our winter getaway! Convenient to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Although Flagstaff is only a 2 hour drive from home we felt like we were so far away, nestled in a deep forest. Such a perfect home to stay in if you have a large family coming in from out of town like we did. Thanks!

Best House in Flag
We stayed at the River house for our 3rd time and loved it, as expected. There is always plenty of room for us. We love that it is only a quick drive to town, or down to the lake for fishing.

The house was perfect for our group of grandparents, parents, and children. We used the house as a hub to day trip to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Meteor Crater, and Lava Caves. We were a bit nervous about no AC, but even in a nearby heat wave in July, the temp in Flagstaff was very comfortable and cooled off perfectly each night. We would definitstau here again.

High in the sky
The only two things that was bad. 1st was the fire ,lightning strike,2nd was toilet overflowing . The great things on our trip well so many things that where great my kids and family can't stop talking about it.we had a great time. The property Manager was great she came imediately when the toilet had issue and sent someone to correct the issue.The worst thing not enough time to see everything and do some rafting and hiking.Thank you a lot of fun memories. A suggestion you should put a guest book so we can tell the home owner or manager our story and other guests can see how fun it was.
