Billa Bush Cottage è una casa su un'isola recentemente rinnovata (novembre 2018) che ha mantenuto il suo fascino e le sue qualità originali ma è stata trascinata nel mondo moderno con un bellissimo bagno moderno "wet room" e una deliziosa cucina.
La casa dispone di pavimenti in legno lucido e una grande cucina a pianta aperta con forno a microonde, fornelli a gas e macchina da caffè Nespresso (porta i tuoi cialde). Il ponte con barbecue a gas e zona pranzo si affaccia sulla boscaglia nativa. C'è anche un mini altoparlante Bluetooth per ascoltare i tuoi brani preferiti.
Le camere da letto (entrambi i letti king size) sono climatizzate, ma una volta aperte le finestre schermate, le brezze iniziano a fluire attraverso la casa.
Billa Street è ben nota per la sua vicinanza al cuore di Point Lookout ed è a pochi passi da tutti i negozi e le spiagge.
Si prega di notare che questo è un cottage "senza schermo" ma è una passeggiata molto semplice per il pub Straddie per guardare eventi speciali sul loro grande schermo.

We had an incredible stay.The house is beautifully set among Straddie’s stunning bushland and wildlife, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The management team was fantastic—professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Everything about our experience was seamless, from the home itself to the outstanding service. Straddie never disappoints, and this trip was no exception. We highly recommend the property.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed to be able to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk into the main part of town so we were glad to have a car.

Billa Bush Cottage is a humble, warm, beautifully situated home away from home. Perfect for a small family who want comfort, peace and tranquility whilst still having quick access to the adventures that North Stradbroke has to offer.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness of the property was poor. Upon arrival we were greeted with a dirty deck and dust, grime and dog hair on the outdoor furniture. Inside was much the same; marks on the doona covers, dirty plates, cutlery, pots and pans, an empty gas bottle for the BBQ, broken oven and the list goes on. The property had ants crawling from the verandah ceilings to the countertops inside.Overall, the property is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Point Lookout. Just a short walk to the beach and pub. Spacious enough for a few people, great outdoor area, it just lacked upkeep. Despite all of this, we did have a good stay at the Billa Bush Cottage. I would recommend the property owners to either hire a new cleaner or inspect it before guests arrive.
