The front desk. The ease of checking in

The location of the hotel was great and essentially, more modern than those nearby.
Breakfast selection was very good but very dry both days. Cleanliness was very questionable as all the bath towels had some type of stain on them and the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from the previous customer (there was a used Keurig cup still in the chamber). The soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and the toilet dispenser was barely hanging on. None of the plastic cups in the room were sealed in in plastic. The coffee choices were not refilled from the previous customer with only decaf available.

Clean, easy to access from the road system. Close to family.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were too many people there - a long line of people. We ate elsewhere down the road from the hotel. There was a lot of police activity in the area and within the hotel during our stay. We do not know the reasons for this - but were disturbed by this activity.

Not much to be honest
Elevator broken, dirty stairway, dirty carpet on the room, did not let me extend my stay by 3 hours (my flight was in the afternoon), so I had to pay an extra day.

I did not like the $50 charge for “incidentals” that we may or may not receive back. there were no incidentals in the room except for 4 coffee pods and they’re sure not worth $50.
There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. that’s the first time in any of my travels anywhere abroad or in the states, that we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper from a hotel. what would be the reasoning for that?! what’s the first thing one usually doesn’t once in the room after traveling a long distance? use. the. restroom. It was very annoying seeing NO toilet paper. Again, WHY??
The one elevator that was working “dropped” a foot while my husband was in it. Very scary.

wasn't told about zero housekeeping until after room was booked and there is a $86 booking fee to change hotels. I do not recommend this hotel. very noisy kids running up & down halls and screaming at 11pm. management did nothing.
