Bellissimi oltre 300 piedi di lungomare, una fattoria di famiglia che si trova su oltre 3,5 ettari di terreno. Annidato alla fine di una strada privata senza uscita. Bel prato e un sacco di parcheggio. Fai un passo indietro nel tempo con questa casa sul fiume d'epoca. La sala per le feste ha un tavolo da biliardo, air hockey, fuseball, play station e un sistema wii originale e un mezzo bagno. Il piano principale della casa ha un bagno completo, camera da letto matrimoniale, 2 soggiorni, sala giochi, ampia sala da pranzo aperta, cucina completa e un bellissimo portico per dormire con 5 letti singoli. Al piano superiore ha un altro bagno completo, 3 camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli) oltre a spazio per materassi ad aria e spazio di archiviazione extra. A 10 minuti in auto da ristoranti, Wegmans, una distilleria, negozi, film ecc ...

This is a fun, funky old camp-style house in a beautiful setting. We had a problem with the water pressure and Amy was really great about helping us to work through it. Not for someone looking for 5* luxury, but if you enjoy character it is a great place to stay.

In size and in style, the house has a family vibe. You can feel the presence and joy of those who lived here. Huge, rambling, cozy, inviting. The house is a little rough around the edges, it could use a little paint. We have rented for several years.

The River Affairs property served our family very well! The substantial size of the property made it private and relaxing. We enjoyed some wonderful family time sunbathing, swimming, fishing, kayaking, along with yard games and then in the evening we would enjoy our time circled around a bonfire. The house is as equally spacious as the property is and is well equipped and met all of our needs. Everyone, young and old found enjoyment in the game room with the many activities it offers. My personal favorite was the very large dining room table that allowed our three generation family to sit down and enjoy meals together in one place. The owner was very helpful and made it known that she was readily available if needed. We would most definitely stay here again! Great experience!

The cottage was just what we needed after the crazy time this year. Wonderful place for the family to relax and reconnect. The house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out - nice large dining table and tables to do jig saw puzzles and games. The Kids loved jumping off the dock and the kayaks were a big hit along with the "tubes" Amy was a pleasure to work with.. She was able to answer any question quickly and had everything we needed right there. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us all.
